The young lady and the barrista were awesome. She was so sweet and friendly. The barrista was a Rockstar. My only complaint is someone needs to keep an eye on the dinning area because it was a little dirty.

Today I went to order a refresher this was the first time I ever went to Starbucks and my last. The young lady with gray in her hair was extremely busy taking care of customer but so customer service. A another young lady came out and decided to go to the register. I said hello I got no response and wasn't sure of sizing she just tap cups which one you want . I told her sorry my 1st time still no response but I notice she was texting while taking care of me . No receipt just extremely poor customer service. I got my drink from the other young lady she respond and was great . My last time going there . Target Mall by Queens Center worst experience will go back to Dunkin.

Horrible staff! I went in today to get a drink and the girl at the register was training a new employee (new employee looked so sweet and wanted to learn) but the girl was so rude ! I was telling her my order and she would just say āhold onā and would continue talking to other staff walking by, I then finally got to finish my order and the drink was disgusting! It literally just tastes like water and milk ! Never again! They should really close down the Starbucks or change the staff to people with better customer service!

Very rude staff, asked for a cup of cold water, initially told we do not give out water. I was then confused as starbuck gives free cups of water if you ask. Had to ask again before staff actually gave me one. They then gave me a rude look. Please train your employees better at this location. Date: 12/8/23, Time: Approximately 4:15

Over all they suck here only come for black iced coffee because thatās all I trust this store with the staff sucks they look miserable no matter what time of day you go and they definitely make it feel like your bothering them unfortunate
I ordered a drink without ice, the barista looked pretty distracted so I repeated the "no ice" part. He acted offended that I thought he forgot/didn't hear me. Guess what my order had in it? Ice. I don't know if it was pettiness or carelessness but when I asked then to remove the ice, the proceeded to scoop out half my drink, even leaving some ice in it. I paid for a venti and got a portion smaller than the smallest portion available. Clear to say that my experience with Starbucks is tarnished, especially for a company thats dealing with hate due to their stand in the current situation, the workers here are not doing their best to keep what customers they have.
