Very rude staff, asked for a cup of cold water, initially told we do not give out water. I was then confused as starbuck gives free cups of water if you ask. Had to ask again before staff actually gave me one. They then gave me a rude look. Please train your employees better at this location. Date: 12/8/23, Time: Approximately 4:15

Over all they suck here only come for black iced coffee because that’s all I trust this store with the staff sucks they look miserable no matter what time of day you go and they definitely make it feel like your bothering them unfortunate

Came here on a Saturday Morning to pick up family member's medication at CVS. See my review of CVS. Had no idea where the Starbucks was located and asked security at the entrance. He noted the Starbucks is on the second floor.There was not one person on line at Starbucks except for two employees talking to one another. I went up to place my order. The guy just stared at me as if I was interrupting their conversation. Ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Latte with Whip cream. It's apparent that what is shown in the posters and pictures is not actually what you get. In fact, the Pumpkin Spiced Latte did not have much foam at the top. Guess it melted. Starbucks is not what it was many moons ago. Lively staff they go the extra mile so you can enjoy the Starbuck experience.They got tables and chairs to sit here with a relative nice area. Did not see any of the sandwiches in the display counter. It appeared empty at this store.Would I come back? Probably not. For a Grande Pumpkin Spiced Latte at $7.13, I really did not get all the bells and whistles. It was just a place to stop to kill time waiting for prescription to be filled.

I ordered a drink without ice, the barista looked pretty distracted so I repeated the "no ice" part. He acted offended that I thought he forgot/didn't hear me. Guess what my order had in it? Ice. I don't know if it was pettiness or carelessness but when I asked then to remove the ice, the proceeded to scoop out half my drink, even leaving some ice in it. I paid for a venti and got a portion smaller than the smallest portion available. Clear to say that my experience with Starbucks is tarnished, especially for a company thats dealing with hate due to their stand in the current situation, the workers here are not doing their best to keep what customers they have.

I ordered a grande oatmilk shaken espresso & was wrongly charged $7.35 for it when it should’ve been around $6.30. The cashier was rude as well - will never be coming back here!

Horrible experience!!!! I have never seen mango dragon fruit lemonade blending like a slushy drink. I even asked them not to blend still they did the same. My drink doesn’t look or taste like it used to be.

Disgusting people working there should've gotten their names. Horrible customer service. I made a mistake while placing my order had the whole huff and puff rolling her eyes at me gave such bad energetic for what all you have to do is move your fingers and retype my order!!? I would rehire the whole staff always the same thing with this Target's Starbucks. Customer service is HORRENDOUS HERE!!

Besides the fact that they put less ice, the service was horrible! I went to order and as soon as i start talking the worker interrupts me in the rudest way and tells me i need to wait then continues to give me an attitude throughout our interaction.

I definitely agree with an earlier review that the staff lacks energy but I have seen worst. This Starbucks is tucked away on the top floor of the Target in this small mall. I just got a regular ice coffee and the order was made just as I wanted. There are also some seats in the corner to sit at and relax peacefully!
