Tell me how the guy making my drink only allowed me 2 splashes of soy milk lol I told him I wanted some more and he said he wasn't allowed to give me more. I used to be a Starbucks manager a few years back and we would of always tried to make a customer happy. I mean you never heared of light and sweet? Cost me an arm and a leg for God's sake
Very nice friendly place! Someone made a wrong drink on my order. MO had someone made a new drink and he also told the batista to upsize my drink. Mo had a great customer service. Dumbs up to him.
Twice I got the shaken espresso and twice they put too much ice. I basically paid for a cup full of ice. And the taste was off compared to the branch in midtown. Baristas need more training. Interior looks nice and spacious.
