It’s a very mid pho experience.
Pho: the broth is not very flavorful unlike the other places I’ve tried. Environment: very clam and the place is really nice

I am a regular here for 16years, couldn’t really find anywhere same as this one while closing. They reopened with all same staffs and warm welcoming. Try no. 46 instead of pho sometimes.

I visited this restaurant today for lunch because I was craving some soup. I asked for a bun bo hue to a waiter who took my order, then a lady later brought over vermicelli bowl with beef (cold noodles).
What disappointed me is their customer service. Instead of apologizing or offering to switch, the lady told me they dont have a bun bo hue and perhaps I should just take the order. I nodded and requested a bowl of soup and was charged for both wrong order & a simple bowl of soup.

FINALLY THEY REOPENED. The new name is HUONG XUAN. On 11/10/2025 we had the shredded papaya salad with shrimp + peanuts (large). We also had the grilled beef with vermicelli noodles, picked veggies, lettuce leaf + mint. We also had the amazing grilled pork chops over rice. Wow, wow, wow, wow, even better than we remembered. It was so nice to see every single person arrive and tell them how much they were missed. This place is a gem, and we are so lucky to have them here.
