FINALLY THEY REOPENED. The new name is HUONG XUAN.
On 11/10/2025 we had the shredded papaya salad with shrimp + peanuts (large). We also had the grilled beef with vermicelli noodles, picked veggies, lettuce leaf + mint. We also had the amazing grilled pork chops over rice.
Wow, wow, wow, wow, even better than we remembered.
It was so nice to see every single person arrive and tell them how much they were missed.

Talked to the Manhattan location staff. They are not opening anytime soon. Renovations haven’t even begun yet. They’re still dealing with lawsuit/insurance regarding a fire that happened near the restaurant.
