I am disgusted. I got chicken popcorn from there and ate it and had some leftover for the other day and when I sat down to eat it, one of them had a maggot in it. Please check their food before eating for your own safety. I do not want to cause a scene by calling the location etc so I just leave a review to warn other people. Stay safe.

The place is absolutely banging. They have a plethora of drinks to offer. Everything is a five star besides the price. Although it is New York and you don't pay only for the food. A lot of things come into play along with the taste and ingredients and material cost. But I still feel the price tags are a little hefty.

I miss how it used to be where we get to sit down and hang out at the shop but now the space is filled with boxes and equipment. I guess they don't care for presentation as much anymore. Especially since no music plays and it feels kind of awkward standing around as they make drinks(no chairs).I also hardly go to this one as I used to, when I do, I mostly order the food because some of their drinks almost tasted watered down, I ordered a taro this time and it tasted like nothing. The food is the only reason I go; for quick snacks but you can only get them at certain times not so late because the kitchen closes.I also want to point out a small and unimportant thing, before closing time you can see them out of uniform already, a little unprofessional but also slightly refreshing to see that they are so relaxed there.

It's a cute little stop and sip date spot for teenagers. The whole place is very pink and girlie. I haven't found my go to drink options here yet, but a lot of the drinks looks interesting and pretty in pictures.Sadly, I've had to stick to the safe side of ordering very plain drinks here so I don't leave unhappy. I've tried them a few times, even their Manhattan locations. So this is my only complaint. Make the pretty drinks in your posters taste good please. :( fix them!!Otherwise they have Wi-Fi, nice little chill spot.

Great teas but were slow in the making of it. The store was not that busy.
Cute spot with comfortable seating. Staff were hospitable and efficient. They serve bubble tea, slushies, and even snacks. I always opt for their oreo slushy, taro, and creme brulee. Decent food and drinks that are inexpensive. I've never had bad tapioca pearls from this establishment. Will come again.

Made me wait for a long time on my delivery that it had to be cancelled...it was a waste of my time. Almost 40minutes late, and I pushed back activities to wait.

I'm not sure why this bubble tea place is rated only 3 stars. Granted it is a hole in the wall and it is definitely no frills. Just take out or pick up and leave. No fuss and no muss. Yes, they can try to pick up the pace and have better customer service. Their price point and bubble teas aren't so bad. I tried their mulberry tea, besides the cut up pieces of fruit in the drink, I have no other complaints.

This location is so different from the rest of vivi in the city! They have good popcorn chicken, boba tea and fish cakes!!! The staffs here are always friendly and attentive!! Highly recommend!!
