Clean! Easy parking. Sadly a little slow but who cares. Where are we all rushing to. Staff was very friendly and had on clean uniforms and was very presentable. It does make a difference. If they’re willing to put in the work to look at that comfortable, that clean, that professional, I feel safe around the food.

My mom and I have been to this place and that once get got there, my mom told me to found a seat then and then both of us sat down and talked about what to have there. Then I told my mom that I wanted 2 cheeseburgers, and she bought another 2 for her and then my mom bought two cheeseburgers for me 2 for her. The food was wonderful, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was there were people there and many others.

2 small orders of Onion Rings and small soda. Good taste but small in size. Refills allowed. Nice. 12 bucks for a soda and 2 sides ? Hmmmmm They give you a $5 full meal next visit coupon with your order. That would have been nice to offer before I placed my $12 order. Sad that you need a coupon to get a cheap meal for a fair price. At least.... Parking is Fantastic and Bathrooms are clean.

This is my third year of attending the Valentine's day Visit to White Castle. I attended with my daughter and expected to be greeted by the staff as usual. Instead, all the doors were locked as we viewed the customers eating inside the establishment. We knocked and knocked on the windows but we're ignored for quite A while. Eventually, after making A ruckus. we were heard. I had to scream through the door that we had A reservation and gave my registration name. Finally the staff member found us on her list. When we entered the entire place looked different than it did the last few years(A good thing). The tired old fashioned booths were gone for good and replaced with tables and chairs. It was roomier as A result. The waitress (yes they have waitress service on only this event ), was quick to seat us and take our orders. the food came quickly and exactly what we ordered. We were not rushed and could relax. Soft music played in the background. We ordered A Sharing meal of sliders and French Fries with A Soft drink.It tasted just right to our desire. There were pretty red tablecloths on each table. There was A burning log screen that was very relaxing to watch placed upon A wall.(Similar to “A Yule Log” at Christmas). The Manager, Ian, was very pleasant to the customers as one can see. But , I had one terrible experience on the way out when using the rest room of which only one room was unlocked (Men's Room). I locked it when entering, but upon leaving the room and unlocking the inside latch, the door was stuck. I tried every which way to get out but eventually had to bang on the door and scream to let me out. Finally someone heard me and it took A few tries to unlock the door. I am A Claustrophobic person, so being confined inside A Men's Bathroom proved to be quite A stressful experience for me. All in all These two locked-door experiences took something away from the overall enjoyment of the Cuisine. Otherwise I would have given it more stars as the food was great!

We couldn't have asked for a better Valentine's celebration! We were made so welcome. We are White Castle fans, so the food was a given. The service and effort put into decorating the Elmhurst White Castle could not be faulted. And the friendly, fun atmosphere, with fellow Valentine's Day diners getting into the spirit of the occasion, was just perfect. All I can say is that we will be back for more on Valentine's Day 2026. Already looking forward to it!

Lmao.Nothing,but weird vibes from the staff..Guess because of me being a Blacc Isrealite walking in with my wool hair,and bronze skin..The food is always great ,so that's a plus.Mind you this is my first visit to this White Castle location.

I'm leaving this review because of the excellent service in this White Castle. They were GREAT: kind and super fast!
It has been 15 years since 2010 without trying those wonderful burgers again, but they are still just as good as before, of course there are some new things but the typical White Castle burger remains as good as before, I like it
