So i went in the other day craving an apple fritter. One lady ahead of me. She finishes with the lady and moves back over to drive through.
It was clear to me that she was working alone. And I watched as cars came onto drive through and come around to get stuff and leave.
Based on the number of songs played, had been about 15 min. She finally looks at me and says... it's going to be a few more minutes....
Didn't need that fritter all that bad, so I just left.
Very disappointed because I do enjoy an occasional dunkin.

Very rude employees (Heather)plus always low in stock!! I went to Dunkin Donuts this morning and I just want my regular Large coffee as always, went in try to order it Heather the cashier told me that they didn't have any large coffee that I needed to order either M or XL I said I would like a large coffee can you please just do a large on a XL cup but just put large coffee size in it. She was very ride and mean and said not I just told you we don't have large coffee and I'm not allowed to do such a thing. It's not fair that because they were out of large cups she make me paid a Xl coffee when all I ordered was a large coffee as always. I'm starting to hate this pace when is not one thing is another thing next time I will go to the one in horseheads.

Had better service at other Dunkins, these people were preoccupied, did not do their special smores ice coffee correctly, and donuts tasted like they were old.
Very loud, inappropriate music playing. Staff gossiping. Couldn't tell what was fresh. I decided not to buy anything.

The employee Pree has great customer service and was very friendly with every customer had everyone laughing. Great attitude made my day and I heard other customers say to him thanks for the coffee and laugh. Pree the world needs more people like you :)

My family and I had a great experience thanks to Pree! I have to acknowledge how well he does his job while having fun interactions with his customers. His coworkers even seemed to be enjoying their day working with him. Will be returning.

Long wait time even if there were only 2 cars in front of you. 2 people working there. I had to wait 20 minutes for the order that I placed online & got room temperatures food because 1 worker was chit chatting with 1 customer inside & other was taking care of garbage while I’m the only one waiting for food that was prepared 20 minutes ago.10 minutes wait from 1 car to other for asking order. Short staffed place.
