I just went to this dunkin as the girl got my order wrong and when I told her it was the wrong one she proceeded to yell at me. I told ger never mind she then threw the straw in the truck not even handing it to my fiance as she yelled I wouldn't want you to drive off w out it I will never go there again. I hope her actions were caught on camera..

January 14 2024 ..was charged on my card through the mobile app for a drink they couldn't make because thier machine was down. I was immediately given attitude for this when I told them my order and when I asked for a refund I was given a "not my problem attitude". They told me they have nothing to do with app orders so I had to look up the customer service number myself and wait on hold for 10 minutes to get a refund. I'll never be at this dunkin again. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I've stopped here a few times early before work ,average wait time 10minutes,donut stale,and even if no cars ,10minute wait time,do yourself a favor and dont waste your time stopping here,must not be interested in running a business for income

C - Tried to order via the Dunkin mobile app and the only choice was drive thru pick up. I always go in and pick up my orders at Dunkin. So I went inside and placed my order, and noticed a huge section of the counter with shelves that clearly are marked "Mobile Orders." That specific section is made for inside pick up. Of course it was empty.More than 10 cars on the drive thru line and at least 4 employees that I saw. Big disappointment not being able to use the app and just save time.
This is like the 3rd time in the past few months I’ve tried to stop around 6:45 am before I have to go to work. And It says open online but it’s closed. The other 2 times someone came out and had an excuse to why they were closed today I saw 2 cars in the parking lot( where staff normally park) just sitting there.

So this morning, 7/31/2023 I went to Dunkin. And when I was waiting at the order window for what seemed like forever a man pulled up next to me and said I’m sorry we’re closed. MY MANAGER DIDNT SHOW UP THIS MORNING. So there I was had wasted so much time I wasn’t even able to get my drink. Before having to get to work. Do better Dunkin. Do better. Fire the jerk who left the store unable to open and hire someone else!!!!!
