Wife & I love trying new spots and this place was on this place was on the list of must try. It was lunchtime New Years eve, the place was extremely busy and parking was tight. We went in found one empty table to grab, both of us been very surprised when one of the gals came so quickly to take take our orders. We both tried the cheeseburgers, fries and chips, one medium the other was ordered medium rare. Some of the patrons started celebrating early so they made it louder than expected. The floor appeared clean with no debris. Table silverware & condiments all clean. (I hate picking up a ketchup bottle and it making my hands sticky) the burgers arrived and just amazing, the ground meat was delicious and cooked perfect the pictures describe what you get. The fries delicious cooked with just a light crisp on the outside. We highly recommend this place, other plates looked amazing as well from what seen others being served. EDIT: we have stopped twice on Friday for the fish fry, first time was awesomeness not too heavy on the batter which we both prefer, second time was not as good a heavy batter which is not as enjoyable so we are up in the air on the fish fry here. Everything was delicious but the heavy batter not to our liking. The fish was awesome as was the Mac & cheese, the fries totally delicious. We will have to try again and tell waitress light on the batter see how it plays.

Hosted a surprise birthday party here and was quite impressed by the service. We had the whole back room to ourselves (minus one table), the owner accommodated all food requests, everything came out on time as planned. Our server was FANTASTIC, attentive to all guests, friendly. We had a nice time.

Last night, my family and I came to dine at your establishment specifically because my sister, who is from out of town, enjoys your fish fries. This was my fifth time at your restaurant and prior to this visit I’ve always had a pleasant experience. While waiting for our meals, my daughter and I went up to the bar to order a beer. My daughter, who is 24, did not have her ID. She’s a bartender and another local bar, so we understand that this was a failure on her part. She should have gone back out to the car to retrieve her ID, but two out of four of us slipped on the ice upon entering the front door, and she didn’t want to risk it. Oh, by the way, we did bring this up to the waitress, and an hour later when we left, no salt had been spread. Enter and exit at your own risk, I guess. Anyway, when my daughter was denied her beer, I said that then I would like to order one. The waitress went over to the owner and explained the situation to him (good on her for following protocols), and he practically shouted at us, “No ID, no alcohol. This is a bar. Have a great night” in a VERY unwelcoming manner. As previously stated, we are aware of NYS liquor laws and would never do anything to risk a bar’s liquor license and the livelihood of the people who work there. Had you said something like, “You know I can’t serve you without an ID,” we would have explained that we were not even going to drink the beer. We just wanted to see how the bottom-filling beer machine worked because we found it fascinating. That’s it. Pour and dump. Yes, we could have Googled and looked at a video but figured since we were right there, we would see it in person. You could have made an extra seven bucks, but no. You chose to be snarky and embarrass customers who had already ordered their meal. Had it not been for my extended family being with me, I would have left. I have been going to restaurants for 6 decades and never had been treated that rudely. Also, you had a direct line of sight to the table where we were sitting. Had my daughter drank any beer, you would have been able to see it. Is this review going to affect your bottom line? No. But I do hope it makes you think about how you treat people. Kindness goes a long way. Do better.

Found this great spot in a random search for a bite to eat on a road trip from Binghamton, NY to Erie, PA. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Our server was lovely, the menu is extensive, including many delicious pickle dish choices (Pick’s = pickles), and the atmosphere very welcoming and friendly! We would definitely go back there again!

I was at Pick’s Pub on July 4th, 2925 and ordered an Italian Hot Sausage sandwich with delicious peppers and onions on it at the bar. It was a To go order! I waited a little bit and ordered a Diet Coke while I waited for my Italian Sausage Sandwich with peppers and onions being prepared for me, The girl at the Bar who took my order was so wonderful and polite and friendly!
But, my Italian Sausage sandwich with the peppers and onions was so yummy, delicious and it was to die for! It was that great!!!
I’m ready to come back and order another one! I have told several family and friends how wonderful it was! It’s the best Italian Sausage Sandwich I ever remember having! I have ate in -dining also, and also your fish fry’s are so delicious, also!
Everything I have ever ordered both in-dining or ordered to go has always been wonderful!
Your Bar staff and your Wait staff, Cooks, are all amazing employees! Nice place to go to!!
