Tell me why I’m waiting to order for a long time. Understandable, due to one employee. OKAY HEAR THIS. Why did this employee take a ketchup packet, open it and put it on the sandwich. He proceeded to smear it with the packet as if it was a knife. OKAY BOOM. He picks up the WHOLE sandwich with his bare hands and puts it in the sleeve. Literally looks like he was the one that ordered it. That’s how he was holding it.
I turned around and was like “who’s sandwich is that.” So the worker bagged the food and gave it to the customer. The man was shaking his head mad as hell. I honestly felt bad bc I worked as a manager in fast food and I also know what it’s like to be a customer bc I obviously am one . This was a situation he HAD control over. No excuses. I’m not even tryna be like a Karen, but it’s principal. This establishment needs to put this old man in check.
How did he have a mask and no gloves 🤧😭 ?
He serviced us fine so it’s not even really a customer service matter. It’s a sanitary issue.

Ordered a Cappuccino Blast. It had no flavor. It is important your staff make drinks the way you advertise. Not trash and then take by money.

Awful - rude staff rude "leaders" what ever that means - managers to scared to cometo phone and handle a escalated call and teach "leaders" what to do.Shake is full milk splash of ice creamthey dont know there menu making we they want when they have sundae specials but just wrap up ice cream charge u for all toppings... but no toppingsHosenaro - The leader - god awful. By far the worst location I’ve been too. I went there a night to get ice cream with a friend. We waited our turn and then they just COMPLETED ignored us there was a huge family and all the employees rushed to helped them didn’t even notice us even when I made a comment. They just kept helping the other family we were literally invisible to them, like didn’t even look our way. Horrible service. They didn’t even care I walked out. I’d never go back.
