I’ve been a regular at this BBQ nite Elmont , but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, I’ve placed takeout orders with specific instructions that have been completely ignored. To make matters worse, the staff has repeatedly lied to my face, assuring me that all the sauces were packed, only for me to find them missing when I get home. This isn’t a one-time mistake; it has happened far too many times. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but the lack of respect and attention to detail has crossed the line. It’s frustrating and unacceptable, especially when these issues could easily be avoided. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this is the limit. Something needs to change. Today we ordered Biryani and BBQ MIX GRILL. It came out okay but there was no sauce.

I went there with friend and ordered 2 goat biriyani …the meat was spoiled in the biriyani and smell was coming from it . When we confronted it to them they were refused to accept it ! The lady was telling it was over night smell of the marination of the curd coming from the meat …. I told her that few days back I took same biriyani from them it was good and if she has a doubt she can verify it … she was unwilling to accept it ! Which is Horrible ! Typical Pakistani mentality even though staying in us … I felt very bad because I used to be a regular customer of that shop , mostly order chicken burger ,fries and lamp chop …sometimes I order biriyanis …. Still they were rude and unwilling to accept their fault… we maintained our courtesy..we paid the entire bill and left … Then my friend told me he had similar experience with another Pakistani restaurant and that’s why he never prefers to go any Pakistani restaurants
One of the best places to get Indian Pakistani style food. Their signature Zinger Burger is awesome. Chickpeas (just $6 for a large enough for 2 person) is the best in New York. Nan is super soft and well baked and becomes delicious with any curry (chicken beef mutton). Achar gosht (meat & pickle) is a must try. Keema (minced meat) is good. The salad they serve (onion lettuce) is always fresh. Never tried their Baryani (Basmati rice with chicken curry cooked mixed) next time will try that either chicken Biryani or Goat Baryani. This BBQ night which is located on Elmont road in Elmont is my favorite place to eat whenever I visit a friend in Velly Stream. Oh forget to tell the sauces which are free and can be grabbed from the refrigerator to make life more spicy.. Recommend this place to those who like good fresh and delicious food. The BBQ nite in Hicksville failed my expectations so try to avoid that one. . Today is June 22. Every week at 1 pm. Traveled here from Jackson Heights for good food. Ordered a chicken masala to go. Half order Goat Kadhai to go (Go home meal program) Two naan and half Haleem ordered to sit and eat in the restaurant. It seems that either the owner or the manager is not controlling properly. Totally two more customers were sitting in the restaurant, one with a to-go order and two sitting there to eat and a long order to take away. It took twenty minutes for the Spanish employees working in the kitchen to make two naans for us and three naans for the table in front. Haleem was excellent and despite being half, there was plenty of it. The salad consisted of ground onion and lettuce. After that, any customer who came for bread and other items was told that it will take fifteen to twenty minutes to get the bread, that the kebabs are being prepared. Well, with a tip of two dollars, I thought, why not give pineapples to those working in the kitchen, because it is hot, they will make juice and drink it. The employee said take another one. He got very angry and said that brother, two are for my friend, two are mine. Tomorrow they eat the rest of the food and complain about how the gut kadhahi is
