Although the food was hot it was also hard like they nuked it too much in the microwave. They should have just said that they were closed and the grill was off for the night. Instead they microwaved the items which was mostly inedible. Normally they have good food. Just don’t go when it’s close to closing.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian dish is the Impossible Whopper and it clearly says that.

Placed an order via burger king app. Half my order was missing. Called the place to be told call back in 10 mins. I insisted on speaking to someone. I spoke to an extremely rude lady who kept telling me to call uber. I didnt use uber.

Placed an order on the app at 10:21pm and got there at 10:25pm to wait on the order. There were a few other people also trying to pick up orders and it took the person behind the counter a while to even acknowledge someone waiting all to say they are closed. This is the 5th time this has happened where the same employee says they are "closed" and nobody can get orders that were already placed on the BK app or Doordash/UberEats. It really makes you not want to order from that particular location at all.

It's great that the food is prepared right in front of you, but it gets cold very quickly. Also, I don't like gas station BKs because they're are not in tune with mainstream stores, such as they don't take coupons and you're not allowed to keep your receipt because you have to pay the gas station owner, who owns it. They also lack full menus. If you ever keep a copy of your receipt, Google their information and you'll be surprised.
The two Big Kings I ordered were amazing! Many leagues better than the Burger Kings in the Bronx.
