The few time I stop there, they ALWAYS takes some of our order wrong, it’s the reason I use this DD when I have no more choice but today EVERYTHING was wrongThey just serves whatever feel it’s right

They do not know how to make drinks and those ladies do not listen. You have the so called manager who suppose to know how to make drinks hand you a see through supposedly strawberry refresher and talking in their foreign language because they fail to understand what you simply ASKED FOR.

Don't sell old, stale donuts please. Ppl can become sick nd then what. Be mindful. There's no need to follow such deceptive practice to put older foods behind more fresh foods, only to have to oddly reach awkwardly back behind fresh foods to sell to customers workers think are not worthy of best choice foods. I know what was done nd apparently is a consistency.

In a world of Covid I think too much talking and spitting is being done over the food. They should be required to wear a mask and gloves that are changed. The donuts are made n the morning and EXPOSED all day to flies,bugs, germs etc... If you don't catch them freshly made at 6 or 7 then forget it! Many shops at least have them behind some sort of plastic shield or something but no they take your money grab your donuts that god knows how many flies have been on them. It's just gross to the point where I go to the other location. Unfortunately it's only in the minority locations I've noticed this. I live near Suffolk and it's a big difference. We're not dogs so at least act like you care about being sanitary! Don't go to this one unless you don't care. Just a heads up!

Dirty place. They use the same gloves working with food, the money and back to the food again. A man working there had the same very dirty shirt on two days in a row and the young woman (she was nice though)swung her hair over the donuts.
The staff was friendly and quick but forgot to give me half of my items & I ordered a cookie and oreo milkshake, but they gave me some plain chocolate milkshake (it didn't taste bad so I just kept it). They have some seating available along with plenty of parking outside.

Ok, stopped in with my family to get a little pick me up for the ride home... SMH, immediately I was turned off. At the register there was water dripping from the ceiling into a bucket. Now listen, I worked in a fast food restaurant, you can't always control something that happens and managers are slow to respond, but they could have informed us instead of us standing there having water drop on us before we even realised what the bucket was for.I ordered a pumpkin Spiced latte cold, Medium. They gave it to me with no whip cream, when I asked where was the whip cream, the cashier tried to tell me it doesn't xome with whip cream.. Huh?! I was looking directly at the video loop right above her head that shows the same latte with whip cream, pumpkin swirl and sugar crystals. So when the preparer put whip cream on it, that was ALLL he put on it. When he handed it to me, I just looked at them. They bit where like yes this is it, I'm looking at the picture and the loop and just shook my head. I said that's not it, just give me my drink. As if that wasn't bad enough, my latte and hubby's drink were horrible. Like the coffee was old and too strong. And hubby asked for his drink light and sweet, like me ??, but that is NOT what he got. DD is always a hit or miss. No 2 DD are the same
