Old stale coffee. Welcome to the new Dunkin Donuts, I am at 1 DD or another daily and 99% are now serving old coffee! Disgusting, and Dunkin corporate doesn't seem to care as long as they get their money! I strongly recommend finding a different coffee brand!!

My sister and I attempted to use the promotional advertisement for a free coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts on 9/29/25. Upon arrival, the cashiers and store associates did not acknowledge us and continue to work as if my sister and I weren’t standing there.

I attempted to place a coffee order and a sandwich order and my sister inquired if Duncan rewards number or card was needed for this transaction. We said that we were here for the free coffee day promotion and wanted to know what was needed to be able to get a free coffee drink. The cashiers were extremely unhelpful and began to speak in their own language amongst each other while ignoring our request. We tried several times to get our question answered however they were very unhelpful, and very dismissive.

In addition to this unpleasant experience, they completed my sister’s online order incorrectly. This location has had a history of completing our orders incorrectly or treating us with poor customer service.

You’re better off going to a different location. The ladies that work here have such a horrible attitude to you if you’re a POC but had no problem addressing a White customer with respect. Smh.

The location is very under staffed. They have a single lady in the morning rush. Its super slow and the bathroom has been out of order since the beginning of time

Be aware this place violates the health department codes and is selling left over donuts pass 3 days touch food and money with same hands don’t wear gloves dig nose and touch hair with out washing hands or wear gloves be aware of this place if you love your health

had horrible service this morning. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and a wrap for pickup. I got there 15 minutes later, then waited another 8 minutes before anyone even noticed me. When they finally did, I said im here for pickup. All she did was grab the bag from behind the counter and hand it to me so my food been sitting there the whole time I was waiting for nothing.

As I left, I checked the bag and saw they were missing the wrap. I went back inside, and as soon as I walked in, she said, “We don’t have any more wraps.” So you knew you didn’t have half my order and still let me leave without saying anything or processing a refund? She ended up making me an extra croissant sandwich, but when I got to work, I found both sandwiches were burnt and hard.

I have really weird experience over here, I got 24$ ice cream from them, I gave them 100$ bill, and returned the employee was saying that I will keep the rest of the change 76$, since the other employees left, try to avoid this place if you don’t want to get fooled
