The WORST. I went through the Drive-through at 10:01pm on a WED. I ordered Wings, the lady said "We don't have any wings". Of course I was shocked, I said ok give me the $5 meal ( thigh and leg etc). She gets back on the intercom and said "WE DON'T HAVE ANY CHICKEN" really nasty like she wanted me to go somewhere else. I said you have no chicken, are you serious?" She said, " Sir the chicken is not ready, what do you want?" HUH❓❓I told her the $5 deal and she had it ready for me, almost threw it in the car. PSA, don't go through there on a WED. night, she's nasty and doesn't want to work. She should NOT be working with the public‼️

It’s a very good place I have visited so many times and the staff there is always greeting u with a smile and doesn’t really complicate anything like other fast food places I know the staff name arshpreet once helped me with ordering my food when I first went there and also all the other staff is also welcoming and friendly there never have I ever had a problem with anything there very lovely!! Recommended
The food was a lot greaser than usual my last visit. The service was subpar, the workers don't speak good English and get an attitude with older Americans who may not be able to understand their accents. The place is often sticky, tables left dirty, soda machine out of date and spills on your hand while filling your drink.

I really wanted KFC, but I was very disappointed. The chicken was under seasoned, the mashed potatoes tasted like box potatoes, the gravy was like brown water, and the biscuits were like hockey pucks. The only thing that had any resemblance to authentic KFC was the cole slaw. Totally wasted my money!!!

2 ROTTEN CHICKEN THIGHS!!! a very ugly smell, you take off the skin and it looks ugly, I think THEY ARE NOT CAREFUL and with the heat THEY BREAK THE COLD CHAIN, I approached the cashier with my box and a bag and the manager came out, a tall brunette, very annoying and rude, I asked her to smell it and of course she rolled her eyes and said that she smells good, I didn't want my money back, I was hungry and I just wanted to eat a piece of food in good condition, I sat down to try to continue eating And oh surprise, the other thigh was also rotten, but with people like that, why argue, what a terrible service, it's a shame that not all KFCs have the same flavor or the same treatment, the mashed potatoes and potatoes were good, but the place Too dirty, I went in to use the bathroom and another disgusting thing...what a shame for this great brand, I won't be back again

DO NOT GO THERE LATE NIGHT!! I don't know if they're lazy or they don't now how to order the food. Last several times I attempted it's always something. It comes down to me asking what's off the menu so I can save time. And that still doesn't work!!
