Would rate zero stars if I could. This place is NOT open until 1:00am. Went at 11:00pm and not a single person to help me put an order in. If your hours are different than what's posted, it's not hard to update.

Honestly, this is the worst KFC I have ever been to on top of the food being cold. The service was terrible, especially this one big lady with glasses (idc if that’s rude.) I came to the KFC at 12 o’clock. They close at 1:00AM, I wanted to order fries, I seen the lady standing at the counter and she then walked away. Once she seen me go through the drive-through, we tried to order and there was no response I then proceeded to go to the window and knock, and she’s then ran to the back.This has happened more than one time, KFC fire her.

The food was cold and I was chewing and chewing on the chicken sandwich like it was bubble gum. The service was horrible,she was rude she laughed at me. KFC fix this. I’m sorry I had to comment but I can’t believe I waste my money and time ? never again. KFC count your days. Ps you wouldn’t get a star from me it made me. Don’t go to this KFC you been warned!!!!

The customer service at this particular KFC is the worst I have ever encountered in all of my 54 years of life. The lady who is claiming to be the manager refuses to give me her name because I asked for the manager and she told me it was her. I placed my order at the drive-thru and as I get to the window she's going to say I don't have your order what is your order after waiting over 20 minutes then tells me there is no soda and there is no child milk at this point I don't understand why she didn't see it in the beginning or was she didn't take the order that I gave her after telling me she took it and told me to come to the next window. This is not the first encounter with this particular lady I've let it go before but this is ridiculous now my whole entire lunch break which I'm trying to get something was wasted staying in line and then being told that I never placed an order that I did if this lady is the manager she really needs to go they never have any of the things in stock the place is always dirty I really don't even know why I keep trying. You guys need to change management ASAP

The store was almost empty. They couldn't even give me what I ordered. The employees observed eating & drinking inside the establishment. My orders were missing the biscuits and they give me the wrong drinks. No sauce, no ketchup. Fountain sodas were flat/no gas. Won't be ordering back from there.

Every time I go there never have búfalo sauce or any kind in my opinion they don’t want to give away I was yesterday again and ask for sauce and she said they don’t have and top off that they forgot to give me the biscuits Cole Slo and the mash ok so I have to drive back on my opinion the people they work there they just don’t care about customers

The past 3 visits- they had limited menu items. When I kept ordering off the board in the drive thru- the lady told me that they don't have. The final visit I saw a handwritten sign on the menu that they don't have certain food items so when I asked for an alternate item which was not listed on the handwritten Notice- they told me that they do not have that as well!
