Another wonderful dining experience at King Umbertos in Elmont. I had veal Francese which was tender and in a delicious lemony sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant

King Umberto's never disappoints. My fiancé and I drive out from north jersey just to eat here. Every time we go there we are greeted with the most welcoming staff and the atmosphere is always quite comfortable. There is not a single thing we have eaten here that we did not enjoy. The food is awesome and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to stop by.

My Veal Marsala was salty and Friends Chicken Cutlet was salty as well. The soup was so watery. I am surprised how bad our food was. The waiters could not pay proper attention to their customers. it will be a while before I go back.Thanks Brian

We reserved a table for 8. Seated about 20 minutes late. What made this visit so disappointing was the waiter. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Throughout our 2 1/2 hours in an extremely noisy place we had to literally shout at each other to be heard. The tables are literally on top of each other. A fire hazard. Hard not to bump into someone. The waiter was hyperactive We hardly saw him. Very inattentive. They actually ran out of bread st one point !! Everyone enjoyed their meal. I especially enjoyed my little necks over pasta. Abundant amount of clams, a little light on the pasta The bartender served two cosmos that literally were undrinkable . Waiter didn't handle the situation very well. Eventually they were tossed. Tried to bring some triple sec to add to save the drink. Too sour to help! Bartender needs to do better! We skipped desert!

Everything was fabulous. Our only disappointment was the inadequate/insufficient parking. It was unsafe crossing the surrounding street(s) to get to the entrance of the restaurant.
First time fining here. Food and service so far above expectations. Thank you to Joseph our waiter who did an amazing job and thanks to the kitchen staff for very good food. We had such an enjoyable time. Room may be noisier in different areas but we were also n a corner that suited our party if 4 very well. Thank you.

We went here 2 nights in a row. First night to the restaurant. The food was outstanding, service was excellent. The wine list is AMAZING! There are some gems for some really good prices. Will definitely go back. 2nd night we ate in the pizzeria. If your want great NY Pizza, it is hard to top this!

I got the impression they are very selective with their ingredients, because the burrata, prosciutto, fig brûlée, and avocado drizzled with balsamic reduction over baby arugula with sundried tomatoes and olives may have been the best I've ever had! Looking forward to trying more!
