The worst popeyes. They always run out of food and sauces; especially when there are specials. You must always check you order. I ordered a tackle box twice and they had no tarter sauce.

Ordered a 3pc combo. Was very good with spicy fries. Staff attentive. Eating area was clean; bathroom horrible. Real bad.Otherwise, if in the area, I'd pickup in the future, not eat.

This is one of the few Popeyes that partly secure their delivery bags. Some of the others just hand it to the delivery drivers wide open!! It’s 2024 customers food should be secured!! I also got an order from Starbucks and the bag was secured!! I don’t understand how the all the Popeyes restaurants can’t adapt this in their Uber delivery service. It’s very sickening to receive an open bag food from a complete strangers. I always avoid ordering from the restaurants that doesn’t secure the bag at all.

They don't honor the online coupons. They think they can treat people of color any kind of way. When I go in there's only one gentleman I will deal with because I've caught the females there lying saying they didn't have certain items and for some reason the gentleman has it. They want to give you chicken that's been sitting there for hours and as expensive as they are they should want people to come back. We're not dogs we're human beings PAYING for a fresh meal! They don't wear gloves after ringing up a sale. Money is dirty and they have the AUDACITY to not wash their hands after touching it!! What happened to one person rings and the other prepares the food. The gentleman there will wash his hands and then put on gloves. I ordered a gallon of HC Orange Drink and the male manager told me that I couldn't BUY a gallon because the orange HC is more expensive and I can only BUY Fruit Punch!!! WHAT!??? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? And when I saythe gentleman I mean a young guy with glasses. THE MANAGERS ARE WORSE THAN THE TWO FEMALES!!! The managers are a female and an older guy that looks at you like they don't understand but it's clear that if they don't understand what good customer service is or what it mean and they hate it when you show them a coupon. Especially the older male manager!! This is why these places are going out of business. Go to the supermarket and buy your chicken or find another Popeyes. I also forgot to mention that this Popeyes charges $3.49 for a REGULAR sized drink. That same drink in a LARGE is $1.79 at McDonalds which means they're ripping customers off! SHAME ON THEM! I will be contacting headquarters because what annoys me most of all is the gloves! Don't play with peoples food like that!!

Today I ordered online and suppose to choose my sides on pickup my son addresses the Indian woman worker who says yes skips him to serve another Indian woman who came after him and four more customers. I address her and the manager they didn’t look at the order and keep getting it wrong then finally trying to serve me two sides and drink I never requested. The other customer had to tell the Manager what he should to resolved the matter after messing up the order four time. The chicken was terrible, after arguing to get your order you don’t feel to eat that food anymore. The service here is terrible. Awful tasting food and the service at this branch is terrible. I wasted my money here and I won’t be returning. It’s terrible don’t order online don’t even bother coming to this branch until they clean up their act. It’s that terrible.
