The two girls that work at Sapienza are wonderful. However, the tiramisu, rainbow cookies, and coco cake that I got were not good at all. The rainbow cookies are a little dry and there aren’t any raspberry jam in the cookies. The tiramisu were full of whipped cream and lack coffee flavor. And the coco cake is not good at all. Very disappointed for a bakery that won the Cake Boss award.

I wanted a cake for a baby shower that I was throwing for my daughter. I have to thank you for such a beautiful creative cake! I live out of state, so my sister-in-law stepped in and went to your bakery with the invitation, asking if you could create something with a penquin theme. We were all blown away!! The cake was outstanding!!!! Not only did it look great, but it was equally delicious. Thank you again for being so professional. I would certainly recommend your bakery to anyone!!!

My birthday cake was ordered on Saturday and picked up Monday and I was very disappointed when I cut it. I received nothing but a very thin layer of cake and thick layers of frosting to be honest I didn’t enjoy my birthday cake I am very disappointed I order a cake not frosting!

The word engagement was spelt wrong and they even spelled my fiancés name wrong (he has two N’s, it was then fixed after). They were provided with the exact spelling and what was supposed to be written correctly beforehand. Their quality of desserts has always been fantastic, but I am disappointed in this experience.

After such a great recommendation from a friend I was deeply disappointed. I ordered a cake and specifically said half chocolate, half vanilla. I was extremely surprised how flat the cake was and that the chocolate layer was the thinnest slice ever. My 5 year old daughter has not even tried the cake at her party. I asked the lady why the cake was so flat and she said because I wanted less frosting. I ordered a cake! Not thick layers of frosting and little or no cake! Disappointed. I would not recommend!
