Honestly I been here many times just because it’s few block from my house, but I feel like coworker here really hate their job, always have long faces and take long time to give your order. Today 2 members working, I’m the only waiting for one matcha latte, very simple drink to make, took forever to get, was not well shake, more milk than matcha powder. Member didn’t even say anything after my long wait, just handle drink with long face like if I was bothering him by buying a drink at the place he works. I feel this is the last time I come to this place, I prefer to drive and be treated as a customer who’s trying to enjoy a drink.

They never want to work. They act like it’s torture to take an order and make a drink

It’s located inside target , you could say it’s a Starbucks mini. The staff is helpful , but they are limited by their equipment. More than half the menu wasn’t available due to equipment issues. It is located as soon as you walk in target to the left. Very limited in space , no seating area . It’s more for get something and leave. As you are not allowed to walk around with your drink. Until they fix equipment issues , skip it .
