Tried to give this place a chance after the last 2 times I visited and had to walk out because I was not being helped. The people behind the counter just ignore you until they’re ready. I told myself third times the charm and there was no other subway nearby so I tried one last time. The tomatoes needed to be thrown out, the onions looked dry, and I told the man behind the counter what I wanted THREE times. He just stared at me and finally asked if I was ready? Like seriously I’m just sitting there telling you what type of bread,meat, and cheese I want for no reason at all ?. Just ridiculous! Train your employees on customer service because they are completely lacking in that department.

Ordered from this place twice, always order the same thing but they always attempt to use a menu item similar to up the price rather than what I ordered, I called them out on it the first time and they still attempted it again weeks later. And it's never good. They don't take coupons or modify them in their favor. Don't order here. Don't do it.

It's really sad to see the demise of subway. This location used to be a great but they have gone down in quality and customer service. This location is apparently not a part of the corporate chain subway and runs independently and just uses their logos. With better sandwich places out there, I won't be surprised if this location eventually closes. Stay far away!

The overnight guy was nice but seemed confused.I asked if they had breakfast sandwiches, he said they had Ham, Bacon, And Steak.I ordered a ham egg and cheese.I only got ham and cheese, plus he over charged me for a bacon addition that wasn't there.

Terrible customer service. I ordered on the app. I received a call about the time I would be arriving. I told the person my son was coming. When he got there he asked to change one Gatorade for another and was told no. Next they refused to give him the order even though I screen shotted him the order. He called me and the employee kept yelling that he couldn't give him the order even though he had it on the phone. He yelled more than once. If I didn't pay for the order I would have told my son to walk out. Very nasty customer service.

Come here often. Kudos to the staff who work here, as they often have to deal with really challenging and demanding customersThe employee working in the morningshift (Sid) was working quickly and had a really positive energy as he was preparing the food. The subs we got tasted really good and it was an awesome experience this is the best subway in this neighborhood!

Worst experience here both service and sub are bad. Should have checked reviews before going to this subway. Felt like the guy doesn't have any experience in how to talk to customers. When i questioned why he burnt my bread, he arrogantly responded that he has 35years of experience as manager, who cares and why the hell is he working in that position if he is that experienced.
