Had 0 online orders except us. We went there and asked about our order twice but they claimed to have 0 online orders both times and the guy gave us an attitude and wouldn’t give us a straight answer when we asked what we were supposed to do then since we had already paid and had an order number. It’s his job to know, not us as we are customers. At the end he found out the order had already been made a while ago and they had left it somewhere and forgotten about it when we had been asking. I was very disappointed in the preparation of my sandwich. I get only 3 thin slices of turkey,the server and manger was not wearing a hair net,and the manager touched my bread with her bare hands. I will not return there.

The first time I ordered from here through door dash they screwed my sandwich up. I tried to give them one more chance and they screwed it up again. WHY DO YOU KEEP TOASTING SANDWICHES THAT PEOPLE DO NOT REQUEST TO BE TOASTED!? IF I WANTED IT TOASTED I WOULD HAVE CLICKED TOASTED. This is the 2nd time this was done and I’m pissed off because my money is wasted yet again. Read people’s orders don’t just do what the hell you want to do!

HORRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE!!
Skinny lady was stingy the entire time while preparing our order. Her attitude is rude. We took a foot long and she put each item with the tip of her fingers like it PHYSICALLY PAINED her to give us a decent amount. She said no refills on drinks. This is the WORST Subway service I’ve ever got. I am never coming back here. My visit was at 1:40 pm.
asked for a cup after purchasing 2 bottled drinks and the boy during the night shift who works the counter continuously refused. it’s indian owned restaurants that do this

The boy who works there is very hygienic ?. always with gloves and with the same gloves he makes sandwiches, goes to the cash register; with one client, two clients, three clients. Of course, he never takes off the same pair of gloves.
