One of the staff members, Kritika, was using her phone while on duty instead of serving customers. Absolutely no work ethic or professionalism. It’s frustrating to see employees behaving this way when others are waiting for service. Management should really pay attention to what’s happening here — customers deserve better service than this kind of careless attitude. I don't know why these managers are not doing anything of them posting on social media publicly. Come on guys have some work ethics 😮‍💨😮‍💨

The bathroom is horrible at 8am in the morning. The bathroom smelled the faucet was broke the walls were dirty no hand towels. The toilet is black so I could only imagine what I can't see.

Two young ladies operating during the morning rush-hour approximately at 10 AM on a Sunday were really friendly but seem to be struggling quite a bit. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese croissant and I have to tell you this was one of the worst sandwiches I ever had. The bacon definitely did not seem cooked. The egg as well seemed undercooked and the bagel burnt. I would definitely not return to this Tim Hortons. Management please train your staff as this kind of wait time and quality of food is not acceptable. No offense to the two young ladies as you can tell they were trying their best.

I enjoy the French vanilla cappuccino. I order it daily. All the cashiers know me as medium French vanilla. So it's disappointing that the machine is broken several times throughout the year. I enjoy the consistency of the French vanilla, that's why I order it. But once again today the machine is broken. No other location makes it quite as good this one, and that's why Im leaving this review. Im not the only one who enjoys it, and so im sure others are disappointed as well when the machine is broken.

I just ordered through the ubereats app from this location. I ordered an avocado toast....as you can see the toast was ruined because someone put sprinkles on it... not only was food wasted but my money as well.... I don't understand the point of running someone's food like that. It was also cold and not toasted. And for some reason I was sent a bacon sandwich, which was not ordered. I did not order and sandwich so the point of sending to to me, I'm not sure. Not sure if the workers could see my name and this was racially motivated...because I am Muslim and we don't eat pork. Possibly because of the current world affairs, whatever the reason this was not okay and you guys have lost a customer. Hope it was worth it.
