Did a mobile order off my phone and it took them 20 minutes to bring my food they are the then give my food to the wrong car. They all need to be fired

I just left this Wendy's a bit traumatized. One guy had a worn out hospital band in his wrist, another guy was boldly digging in his nose, another guy had on a dinghy mask, and a young lady barely washed her hands after being in the bathroom for a very long time. Talk about a turn off? No thanx!

If you're using the reward system on the Wendy's app make your purchase on the app and dont pay at the store. They're very stingy and will lock your account so you cant use your points. I never had this problem at any other store, multiple times.

I wish Id gotten his name but there was a young African American man Managing tonight Fri 11/7 and wow! Hes really an asset to your team. They were really slammed with orders and he was everywhere helping out. During that rush Id had a non serious frustration with the dashers and he really went above and beyond to make it up.

I don’t even know where to start. I came here a year ago and had a rude experience, but decided to give it another try today—unfortunately, it was no better. The food was overcooked, my preorder through the app was missing the sauce, and the cashier, Juliana, was rude, unnecessary attitude through the roof, and handed me a folded receipt. She may be new, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service.

When I came back to the store for the missing sauce, I walked in and was completely ignored until an older lady, who seemed to be a manager, kindly gave me two BBQ sauces. I appreciated her professionalism, but overall, the experience was disappointing once again. The energy here is off, and the level of professionalism is just not there. I won’t be returning.

The parking situation was pretty hectic. I parked in the lot but once a line starts at the drive thru no one whose parked can get out. Plus, they have a one-way exit which is impossible to leave through without getting in the drive-thru line.
