Her nails are dirty underneath, she is cheap with the juice it is not strong , I went there today and it was horrible last handful of times I went the service was bad & the juice and patty’s were horrible . Never coming back here she is dirty

I am done with this place. Patties and smoothies are delicious but the customer service is downright rude, disrespectful and unnecessary.

everytime I come in here the food is good. but no one talks about the service in here. the women behind the counter are rude and they take FOREVER AND A DAY to make a simple porridge. The women have no work etiquette. They chit chat behind the counter and drag their feet when they know an order is ready or if a customer is standing in front of them ready to order. again the food is cool but they have to do better with the attitude problems and their pace.

Yesterday I purchased 1 split pea patty and 2 callaloo Pattie's. The callaloo patty was decently filled and tasted as expected. I enjoyed the crust for sure. However, the split pea patty was certainly lacking. I took one bite and tasted nothing but crust, I took a second bite because sometimes the lentils would slide to the bottom (gravity). The second bite was a mouth full of their delicious crust but no split peas. I looked inside the patty and there wasn't anything in it. Im not one for taking food back.... But I had no choice. The reason for my 2 starts wasn't because the patty was lacking the split peas, I understand things happen. The 2 stars are because of the initial response from the employee. She said.... "That's how they make them", no apology for my inconvenience. Her tone wasn't rude but she lacks customer service. I told her perhaps she should take a picture of the patty to show the owner since this is a representation of their products, she said no, and to toss it in the trash. She asked if I wanted a different patty ( kale or callaloo) or if I wanted to come in the next day to get a different batch of the split pea Pattie's, I declined and requested a refund. She was huffing under her breath and eventually gave me a refund which I hope to see on my bank statement soon. If you're the owner, here is the picture of the empty split pea patty in case you want to see. No exaggeration!

Good smoothies. TERRIBLE customer service. The woman behind the counter has a bad attitude on the phone and in person. The bad service overshadows its drinks.

I went in today to pick up a smoothie. I only had a certain amount of cash on me as I ordered here before and I knew the price of the smoothie. When it was time to pay, she gave me the price and it was a few dollars more. I asked if I can pay with a card because I usually go there and I knew the price they used to charge. She said no minimum charge price is $10, with a nasty attitude. If you raise the prices, there should be a sign letting your customers know there's an increase. Also, stay loyal to your loyal customers!
