**Wingstop Review: Katy Mills Location (Katy, Texas) Frustrating Experience** I want my refund.
I recently ordered from Wingstop, and my experience was far from what I expected. After placing my order, I waited for two whole hours only to find out that it was canceled. I tried calling the store for clarification, and while the employee I spoke to was polite and did his best to assist me, unfortunately, the language barrier made the conversation quite ineffective.
To make matters worse, there was no manager on-site to help with the situation or to process my refund on the spot. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as I was told I would have to "trust" that my refund would be taken care of. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see a company fall short on customer service.
I hope they can improve their communication and refund process moving forward. Until then, I’ll stay away from this location. Managers need to add more support for their team as they are not empowered to handle these situations.

2:33 PM 8/16 They delivered food to a customer who ordered food on a stolen card. I live in Indiana. I called my bank and canceled my card. I called and asked to speak to a manager in order to let them know that they were going to deliver food that was purchased on a stollen card. She didn’t care and would not give me her name or her supervisor’s name. I will follow up with corporate. Utterly ridiculous. Clowns are managing Wingstop
The food at this wings stop overall is great! But ever time I want to place a order I will call, and it takes them 15-20 try’s to pick up the phone.Like the other day I call 21 times and they still did not pick up. This is so unprofessional it’s not even funny.
