Food was excellent. Fast and friendly service. The restaurant was quiet, clean and accessible to everyone. Even handicapped people can get in to the restaurant which is important to me. They are open late and the menu items are priced just right considering the huge portions. They were sensitive to my seafood allergy and assured me they used different pans/fryers for the fish. They even deliver. By far one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in Endicott.

When I first tried this place about 3 years ago it was the best place I found in town. I am pretty picky about my Chinese food, chicken must be crispy it's a texture thing those years everything was great then I went away for one summer I came back and everything was different chicken was consistently mushy and things didn't seem as fresh as they once were.. management change? Still nice people either way just a little disappointed in the change.

I understand that English is a second language for some of the employees, but the lady running the counter last Sunday maybe should learn the words "you're welcome". I smiled and was very polite and said thank you after ordering. Nothing... No smile, no you're welcome... Nothing. Very rude! The food was just okay.

Horrible customer service the manger is a joke. The are very rude . And the food is bland anyways only order cause they are the closest. You order chicken and broccoli they give you nothing but broccoli. You order chicken noodle soup they give you broth a few noodles and barley any chicken but want to be so damn expensive and they don't even do delivery. Horrible restaurant deff will not be ordering anymore plus their food always gets me sick the next day so much oil and they use a lot of msg. Not mention their chicken deff doesn't look like chicken

everything is perfect in my opinion always go there for lunch and i actually going to go today for the general t`so chicken meal!Updating my review 9 years later it still tastes great and the owners are hard workers, been going there since I was a child and it’s still my go to. Get the Crab Rangoon, and be amazed.
It was okay, I ordered on the phone and it was ready when I got there. There was no line, always clean inside, and The Price was Right. Will go

This place used to be the best Chinese food I had ever had. Then one day their food became different. It was not nearly as good. Before that their food became better and better. After it wasn’t nearly as good I assumed it was just a one time thing but time and time again their food wasn’t as good. Then it got less and less good until it wasn’t good at all. Oddly as their food got worse, their prices went up!!! More and more their food got less good and their prices became more rediculous until I sought other Chinese food to order and found Panda which is my new favorite Chinese food ever!! Pandas food is superior to even the best China gardens food ever was!! I will order from Panda from now on!!! Also I should mention that at China garden they accidentally overcharge your card sometimes sometimes by 20 whole dollars!! You have to check your bank statement to notice it and then go back and show your receipt to make them give your money they owe you back!! So frustrating!!! Another thing is China garden stopped delivering which makes them even worse. To sum it up you have to drive to go get poor quality Chinese food that costs more than fantastic quality Chinese food that is nearby!!! And the other places deliver!!!!
