Staff is extremely rude to delivery drivers they to grab phones from drivers making the driver drop the phone and cracked my screen treating drivers like thieves its extremely offensive i for one will never eat there or pick up orders for them ever again most disrespectfulpeople ive ever seen

This place has new owners. This is a great place to eat, very very good hot and sour soup, EXCELLENT. The place is cleaner and the service is much better. Food was very good. Prices were fair and luch came with hot tea. We'll be coming back.
I put in an online order, and it goes through the owners phone, she happened to miss mine when I placed it. I was in no rush so I didn't mind. She told me it'd be about 10 minutes and then gave me a free soda to compensate for the time it was taking! Friendliness goes a long way!

So unprofessional, wouldn’t take my order on phone because my work number came up private. I gave them the number and location and they gave me a big problem. Nina was so rude and disrespectful after trying to place an over 100$ order for a work party. I would never come back nor recommend them. They messed with the wrong person.

Amazing food with lots of authentic Chinese dishes. The shrimp in black bean sauce is always a must.Staff is friendly and accommodating. We have come with my one year old granddaughter and my 95 year old mother and everyone had a great time and loved the food. When my kids visit from Washington, DC and NYC, they always want to go to China Lake.
