We had an absolutely amazing meal here last week. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the new location. Not sure I agree with previous reviews about Consol’s because the last few times we went there was subpar at best. Concordia is definitely a vast improvement.

This place was EXCELLENT. The Gnocchi Blanco was so flavorful and had fresh herbs that you could taste immediately. The food was great, the service was awesome, and the drinks were really good. The decor was fresh but cozy. I would highly recommend visiting Concordia.

Had dinner here on a Saturday evening in their newly renovated location (originally Consols) and thoroughly enjoyed everything we got. I have been on a mission to try chicken marsala from every Italian restaurant and Concordia has been my favorite thus far. The chicken was fork tender and you could taste the freshness in all the ingredients. My partner on the other hand has been testing the chicken parm from every Italian restaurant and agrees that Concordia is the best he has had as well. Run, don't walk, to make your reservation to treat your taste buds here.

Was worried when my favorite restaurant as a kid changed hands. Pleasantly surprised. Glad they kept the pizza pies the same and updated the regular menu. The lighting, walls and artwork looked really nice.

My family and I went there for the first time yesterday and it was an absolute disaster. It took us little time to get a table thankfully, but it took us 2.5hrs to get our food. Hours sitting there with little random bits and pieces of what we ordered showing up. They were also out of about 3 separate items on the menu, while waiting as long as we did we were suddenly notified what we ordered was no longer available. When we did get food it was evident it was rushed. We ordered the chicken Sophia, and the salmon. The portion of chicken Sophia was minimal, small, not flavorful and nowhere near consol’s recipe. Not a serving worth 27$, the salmon on the other hand was falling apart, had no crust, was medium and the rice it was paired with was not cooked fully. Bland at best. The only good part was the staff being kind and friendly and the cocktails. I won’t be returning. It was astonishing that it took as long as it did.

I've been a loyal customer of Consol's for over 14 years. This evening I drove an hour to get the spiedies and meatball sandwiches. I was in line at 5:40 and we were informed they were already out of the spiedies and would soon be out of the meatball sandwiches. The line was still quite long so I headed home. This was poor planning and even poorer management. I don't know if they limited the sandwiches and spiedies to one per person in line.. If they had, they might have had enough to serve everyone. This would NEVER have happened if Consol's still managed the place. I had even called from Oneonta and wasn't told that there was extremely limited spiedies and sandwiches available. Shame on the management and shame on Concordia for wasting my trip and time for nothing. I can assure you I will NEVER go there again until they are under more competent management!!!
