All of the one star reviews are correct. They have no clue about food service nor hospitality. The wait for food is absurd. Should just pack it up and try their hand at something more their speed. Waiter was petty, rude and lucky; hasn’t a clue about basic, let alone good service. Will not be going back, especially since directly across the street is a restaurant that’s leaps and bounds ahead of this place, in every category. “Bartender” was slugging chocolate milk and crashing around like a bull in a china shop. lol, good luck, you already need it.

This was our first time at Concordia. My wife and I were pleasantly delighted by the atmosphere, the attentiveness of Joe, our server, and the quality of the food. Our dinners were excellent!
We are already planning to return for another great dining experience and looking forward to trying other menu selections.

Ordered 3 pizza's that was uneatable because of the many, many burnt bubbles on each one. They should be retrained on handling the dough for sure. Do not waste your money.

So far, so great. Stopped here for dinner, and the renovations since it was Consol’s make it much more cozy and warm feeling. If I had to compare it to other restaurants, it’s similar to Moxie Wood Fire Grill in Conklin or The Cellar in Owego. Warm, relaxed tones. Professional, competent, kind, and knowledgeable staff. And the food was outstanding.

My father had a steak, which perfectly transitioned from grill marks and scattered black gristle to a super soft, pink-red center, absolutely nailing med-rare. My wife and mother had pasta, again, nailing it with toasted mozzarella and homemade pasta. Which I should add: you can either purchase normal pasta, or in-house homemade pasta, and that is a rare thing to see. Lastly, I had the chicken and cranberries, etc, and it was so tender that my basic butter knife glided right through it.

I hope all goes well for them and that they are around for a very long time with tremendous success. They’ve earned it.

OverHyped & OverPriced! We waited roughly 90 minutes for our food to come out & it wasn't even hot! Meatballs were cold inside! Chicken Parm is a bad joke & overpriced! It certainly is no Consols!!

We went there for my daughter's birthday. My other daughter wanted to take her someplace nice & so 6 of us went & were seated just before 6 PM. Waiter was good & we ordered drinks & appetizers & our meals. After a long wait, our meals finally came out at 7:28 PM. They looked good but my wife & I both had lukewarm food at best, the other 4 said there's was just OK. My meatballs were cool inside. I remember both Consols & Duffs & I really miss them. This Concordia is certainly not an upgrade. Too many other good Italian places to eat.

We had such a great meal here! I loved that they blended their menu with new options and some of the Consols (previous restaurant) originals. I tried the chicken Sofia and it far surpassed all expectations! Great meal, service and atmosphere

Went last night for the first time after they’ve re-opened. Table smelled really strongly of mildew. Waiter brought us drinks then took 15 minutes to come back and take our order. They give you cold bread and a dish of olive oil with minimal spice, no butter. Chicken Picatta was just okay. Portions are small. Pricey for what you actually get. $27 for a small portion of pasta. There’s better Italian restaurant options in the area.
