I dont know who making the food there but they need to be retrain on how to read orders. They messed up my food yesterday and I left it alone cause I no they be busy. Today I order a new pizza and it was wrong so I called back to get the right order. The delivery guy came back and the pizza was still wrong. When I called and ask why is the order still wrong when I informed them of what was missing, I was told its a new pizza and the cook dont no whats in it. I wish the app would let me change location, I never have this issues with the one in Binghamton

Definitely don't recommend eating here. Picked up two medium top and pizzas yesterday, stomach pretty jacked up all day today. Not sure what they're putting on their pizza but a bad deal

I order from here all the time im addicted to those cinnamon things and the pan pizzas usually food is great but last time I ordered light sauce and they gave me extra and the cinnamon things were just plain dough no seasonings and were not cooked all the say so disappointed to say the least

Online app wasn’t working (AGAIN) so I drove to the Endicott store to order. I was told that they would not honor the online deal because it HAS to be ordered online. But what about when it’s not working? The manager was snarky and said “it’s an online coupon and since you’re here and not ordering online you don’t get it”.. But why? The app isn’t working again and you should honor the deal because I tried to order online and it didn’t work. I even showed them the issue. She didn’t care and wouldn’t budge on her position. Well after over 30 years of ordering from this place (I grew up one block over they lost a loyal customer. Guess I’ll k my be eating Rossi’s from now on 🤷🏻♀️🤣 which honestly tastes way better anyway. We order with dominos because it’s cheaper. I’d rather pay more and go where they value their customers and aren’t rude

The food was good except....we ordered bacon jalapeño cheesy bread. We got home and found that they gave us spinach & feta cheese cheesy bread. Food was delivered to the car in a timely fashion. I would have given them a 5 star if we had received the food that we ordered.

terrible experience. used my points to order a italian sandwhich, and i received a sandwhich with ONLY peppers on it. after calling to ask what went wrong, they said sorry and that they would send us another one that was correct. 3 minutes later, they call back saying nevermind we can’t make it and then hung up. extremely upsetting and unprofessional location.

No employee was wearing gloves while making the food. 4 employees preparing the food and not a single one had gloves on . Is that even allowed ? I felt so sick to my stomach i cant even eat my food

Road trippers, avoid this area at all costs. Seems to be riddled with drug addicts/crime, because every business immediately refused restroom service. Also avoid 86, bumpiest/worst highway to drive a tow on.
