It’s always special at McCoy’s! Personable, attentive staff and delectable food!Vegetarian options: It’s a bit tricky to navigate vegetarian options, but there are some yummy appetizers and salads.Parking: Although only a few spots for parking on the street in front of, more parking is around back of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a little snug, but manageable.

We were extremely disappointed with our dinner at McCoy's Chophouse. We went there for a fine dining celebration. We were seated immediately and with a smile. The menus handed to us were paper and dirty. The salt & pepper shakers both had food on them. The sweet waitress came over with multiple alcohol menus which were declined because we do not consume alcohol. We were not asked if we wanted anything else to drink, ie. soda. I ordered lobster bisquewhich was extremely thin, but delicious, Eggplant Parmesan which looked delicious, but was extremely rubbery & undercooked. I couldn't eat it. The waitress said no worries and took it back to the kitchen. While my husband ate his entree, I ate my salad. My eggplant parm came back a few minutes later, but it was not hotter nor cooked anymore. Still rubbery. I asked her to just wrap it up. Also, our water glasses were never refilled. The owner, Mr McCoy, spoke to us and was very nice saying that my meal would be taken off the bill. He asked how he could make this right, but we thanked him and said we wouldn't be returning. This was a disappointing ending to my birthday celebration. We have gone to McCoy's previously for lunch a couple of times and for dinner one time. We did enjoy those times. But this is clearly not fine dining nor fine dining service. It is our hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Probably the closest to true fine dining we have in the area. The food is always good and while it’s an expensive, celebratory night out, you get a lot for your money. From big portions to “extras” throughout the evening (bread service, sides, salad or soup included, cheese and chocolate with a bottle of wine etc.) you get your money’s worth. The food is tasty and the service is great. Have been a few times and will continue to celebrate occasions here.

Stumbling upon this Italian gem in our small town was a revelation. The welcoming staff and the cool ambience set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. As a student at Binghamton University, it’s a joy to find a place where you can unwind and treat yourself, especially after a demanding term. The food is exceptional, with the soup deserving special praise for its amazing flavors. It's the perfect spot for celebrating successes or simply taking a break from studies. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I'm not sure where to start with this place. Crowded seating in back room, I always love it when I can feel someone else's back against mine while dining. Room temperature seafood bisque that had very little flavor. Coquilles St. Jacques that had only one actual, distinguishable scallop in it. Steak casino with charred prosciutto. Coconut cake so dry I'd wager it sat uncovered in the fridge for 4-5 days. You're paying an exorbitant price for completely fake prestige and quality. There's not one thing this place does that someplace else local isn't doing better, and at half the price.

Decided to visit McCoy’s with my husband 2 nights ago. Upon arrival for our 7:45 reservation we weren’t seated until 8:10. We were told to sit at the bar to wait, Granted. We then sit at the bar 5 minutes later a women bartender finally asked if we needed anything, I responded “We are just waiting for our table thank you” The women proceeded to ask if we wanted drink menus, “Sure we will take one thank you” 10 minutes later neither her or the male bartender that was also there even made eye contact with us.. My husband politely tried to get the bartenders attention, She ignored him twice. Thinking to myself i just thought the women didn’t hear my husband.. I then said “Excuse me” the bartender then slammed the cooler door shut with her back towards us turned around with her eyes bulging out of her scull as if we were bothering her and said “WHAT”… we were taken a back by this but still kept our composure keep in mind the bar wasn’t busy at all. Funny enough i had an unsettling feeling about the restaurant from once we stepped inside. Funny looks and glares, My husband and i were silly enough to stay we should’ve left right away just off the bartenders disrespect alone. Sad that i have to say it but we were the only brown people in the restaurant aside from our WAITER.. We then get seated as i said earlier our waiter looked like us but funnily spoke to us in a condescending way. I noticed he served the other tables with a completely different demeanor. The food was very overrated, the bill easily ran $300. We wouldn’t return to McCoys if you paid us. At the end of the night our server Issaiah gave us a comment card, i started to fill it out but then realized i needed to publicly let people that look like me know that McCoys is not for us! Do not go there i beg.

Very mixed bag. Everything but the main course was pretty good. The French onion soup was very well prepared, the bread with the spice plate was delicious, the meatballs were nice with a great sauce and a generous amount of Parmesan. Their whiskey and bourbon selection was also comprehensive and affordable. The mains though........shrimp scampi that came with no pasta, and it was literally breaded shrimp that they has very clearly put a mushroom Marsala sauce on (like think chicken French but at the last second you swapped the chicken for shrimp). The pork was literally a nice bone in pork chop that has 3-4 HEADS of garlic on it, that were both raw and burnt at the same time, like it was the chefs first day with garlic and they thought well I'll cut these up into hash-brown sized pieces and put them in a ripping hot pan and swirl them around for 90 seconds. It appeared to be season with nothing else beyond the burnt/raw garlic.

My wife and I have been here many times, food and service are always good. Never had any complaints. My only very minor issue is I wish they'd update the carpeting.
