The drive through after 10 pm is awful not once, not twice but 4 times in one month I waited at order station for about 10 minutes before I even get acknowledged then I get told it's going to be another 20 minutes before they can take my order and there was only two car's at drive through window so I end up leaving hungry and no food because they have poor time management

Anytime you come late evening between nine and midnight. The wait time is extremely long. I waited 40 minutes. unfortunately I was stuck between two cars and could not back out of the drive-through line. Once it was my turn. They said that the lobby was extremely full. that’s why they’re not taking orders so I went into the lobby. There was literally a half a dozen people waiting for DoorDash orders, and nobody sitting at the tables. For the amount of time I waited, I should’ve had fresh food. The fries were extremely salty and the burger had a hard cold chewy. They seem to only care about the DoorDash orders and not their regular local customers. it’s the worst location in the cities. if they’re going to make you wait in the drive-through line for 40 minutes they need to put a sign up or come out and not let you sit there for that amount of time and then tell you they’re not taking orders. It’s extremely disrespectful to the locals.

All I can say is the new management that’s there is definitely not there for the customers came to the drive-through to get a simple as a sausage and cheese no egg biscuit with a hash brown easy right get my order drive off as I waited 20 minutes I received a cold hash brown and a chicken patty. I turned around to go back inside as the manager on duty was definitely not there for the customer was not kind gave an attitude like it was my fault and proceeded to give me the same bag that the stuff was in greasy and dirty, no apology at all what is this world coming to? You can’t even go out to spend your money to have a decent meal or at least the order to be correct or at least the management to have some kind of respect very sad very very sad. Please check your things before you even leave the window.

Used to be one of the best McDonald's in the area. But now they're slow and the lines take forever. They move you to reserved parking and let you sit there for over 10 min and then try bringing you the wrong food. Better off driving down the road and going to the Main St JC one.

We went thru the drive thru for some breakfast sandwiches at 8:30 a.m.just 2 small sandwiches, they had us pull into a parking space with 6 other cars waiting for their food, waited 12 min..and its always like this, they cant always be short staffed, either hire people or close the drive thru, i only go there because its by my house and my grandson loves the egg mcmuffin

It's McDonald's. Its usually hit or miss whether all your food is in the bag. The do have the $5 meal that is a less expensive alternative and pretty filling. Anytime I go inside it seems there is usually someone angry either at the service or missing food.

Absolutely unacceptable tonight on 11/3/2024 we ordered food and selected it to be served by curbside parking pick up Well after 20 minutes I walk in and ask where is my food and it was just sitting on the counter so before I left I never got a goodbye or have a great night and got served cold fries and cold food I used to be a manager at McDonald’s and I know how curbsides supposed to be ran and that was absolutely unbelievable never going here again

We ordered 2 chicken big macs one order of fries and 1 drink. It wasn't that busy but we got pulled to the side..15 minutes later when we got our food the fries were barely warm, the chicken on the sandwiches was barely warm and either over cooked or had sat too long. Almost 18 dollars for a really crappy dinner.
Fast food isn't really worth it anymore for the price and the fact that it really isn't fast anymore.
The only good thing I'll say is the older lady that brought our food out was very nice. We still won't stop into this location again .

Came to McDonald's to order breakfast and I always order the meals because you get a hash brown and a drink with it which makes sense instead of just a sandwich, order two meals and only got one hash brown and yes obvis the ticket said one hash brown which makes no sense the person who took my order even heard me say two meal.. I come home and 4 outta 5 sandwhichs with no egg!!! Y'all gotta get you stuff together or find a better job or need a whole new management and team. Theirs always something smh 🤦♂🤦♂
