Staff is always nice ! Coffee is always great ! Love that they do a different flavor everyday and you can get last flavors they’ve done ! I asked for them to add “birthday magic” to my mobile order as I was having a terrible morning and they upgraded my small to a large and added sprinkles and hearts to my order. A small gesture with a large impact ! 💕

What really caught my attention here was that they have a beautiful little donation board next to the register that simply says, “For Someone Who Needs This Today” and I saw that people (other customers) have prepaid potential coffee orders for people like “meals on wheels driver”, new parents, a nurse, etc. Today, I don’t know what it was but I really needed to see this “kindness” put out there for someone else. It really moved me and I put my own donation up. Thank you for doing something so small that really hits big. You just made me a dedicated repeat customer.

Cute and Cozy coffee shop in the heart of West Endicott! Friendly staff, clean environment, delicious menu options. Small space so get there early if you want a spot! ;)

It's a small coffee shop best for a quick grab. Parking may be challenging from time to time. It's bright and clean looking inside. The restroom looked well maintained. The coffee and food were good. The people who worked there were nice and helpful.

Parking: I went on a snowy day. It wasn't clear whether there was a lot designated for the customers of the coffee shop, because the driveways on the sides of the coffee shop didn't look huge. The street parking could be brutal because the street is narrow.

Stopped by on my way to gymnastics. I ordered a large ice coffee and the honey, peanut butter, toast and it was great.

Recently returned to this area after a long time away. I was excited to try Paula’s as everyone rants and raves about it. My iced chai latte was SO watered down that it tasted like nothing at all. Staff were not friendly at all. Maybe it was an off day as it was pretty busy, so I’ll give them another try… but so far not impressed. Will update if my opinion changes.

Amazing staff super clean and friendly. Got a dark roast pumpkin hot coffee mix and it was GODDDD. Did my cheat day here with the gluten free oat local made bar
Defo worth the sugar count. Try their pumpkin whip! As a lactose intolerant person, I was able to enjoy a small cup worth without feeling the dairy dash.
Very friendly staff and accommodating!:) prices are reasonable.

I got a black coffee with stevia and my mum got a pumpkin spice elatte
I tried hers and yuummmyyy. I'm just not calorie brave enough ?. Paulas is definitely one of the best coffee spots in the area !

They false advertise which is not legal. I spoke to the owner about it and no accountability and made no effort to change her ways. I really wish I reported her business. The sign out front said $3.99 for a hot chocolate. When my daughter and I went in, it was advertised inside for almost $5. It was like $4.75 or something like that. When they rung it up, it was almost $6. $6 for store bought hot chocolate AND she didn’t even finish it because she didn’t care for it. You absolutely suck.

almost no parking inside was very nice really liked the atmosphere and staff but nothing was fresh and came from Sam's club and was way expensive for production oatmeal was wattery and gross flavor. there is a bagel bakery close they could've bought bagels cheaper there or bought oats instead of pre packaged oatmeal and served in the same package. coffee was old very gross
