Food is great, service is good but it's crazy to not be able to control your online ordering, just spent $50 through your online ordering system just to have the store be closed when I got there. Your online ordering system shouldnt be able to accept orders and charge cards if the store is closed. And don't get me wrong, I will be back I love the food, just something I recommend looking into solving

Let me say, the atmosphere was pleasant and clean. The young man up front was nice and friendly.
I had a very hard week and this was to be a special treat for myself. 🤯
I ordered:
Tom Kha Gai
$7.25 menu price
Thai chicken soup with coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, onion, cabbage, and mushrooms.
Soup was so hot I burned my tongue, had to let it cool. Soup was mostly broth and onions, 2 pieces of mushroom. No cabbage, but had carrots instead, after I asked for no carrots or bell peppers in anything. Had to try to cut the long green onions with a dull butter knife.
Tried to charge me $10.55, lady blamed the price difference on her brother. Charged me $7.75 :(

Pineapple Curry
$14.95. menu price
Coconut milk, potatoes, onions, carrots, pineapple, topped with peanuts. Ordered this to go, expecting to be full from the soup.
What came out was a fried rice mixture with onions, broccoli, carrots, tidbits of pineapple, raisins, and cashews in a typical rectangular carry out dish and it was full. I asked to have what I ordered on the menu, I had asked to swap carrots with pea pods and add pork. He took it back.
2nd order of Pineapple Curry, included white rice on the side. A now round dish with lots of broth(lots spilled out of the dish into the bottom of the bag), pea pods, pineapple, a couple pieces of onion, a few peanuts and some pork. No potatoes to be found. I asked them to please rebag it, so it wouldn’t spill on my car. Paper bag. Really?!? Charged me $15.55. :(. Lady said she didn’t charge me for the pork, after I complained.

Ordered custard $5.25
3 teeny tiny dishes of custard to go. Nothing like the pic in the menu. Charged $5.20 🤦🏼‍♀️

When I went up to pay, all the prices were higher than the menu!! The lady behind the counter blamed the difference on her brother. When asked why the items brought out to me were different from the items on the menu, she stated “when we are out of something, we substitute”. No notice to the customers? I asked what about food allergies and said they should at least tell their customers. She shrugged. 😳
She adjusted the price on the soup almost back to the menu price. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I said it was my first time there. I was treating myself for a hard week, but I probably wouldn’t be back. She said sorry.

I don’t recommend this business. Its owner needs to pay attn to its employees, family or not. You can’t just substitute one meal for another and think the customer will be happy. They cooked pineapple fried rice instead of Pineapple Curry! Ugh. NO

I left feeling frustrated, overcharged and hungry!! 😠 $30.

The Thai ice coffee was delicious, as was the Pad See Ew. The real showstopper for me was the Tom Kha Gai. Especially if you like coconut, order that.

Very nice food however since COVID food is served on throw away plates. When I go to a sit-down restaurant I expect real dishes.
