Just amazing food and amazing deal

We ordered the Pad Thai and the appetizer sampler to go. The Pad Thai was absolutely horrific, totally inedible. The appetizers were all deep fried and did not contain the items that were specified. They were horrible also. We couldn't eat any of it. We had to throw erything away and raided the freezer for something to eat. 30 dollars down the drain. I don't mind splurging on food once in a while, but it shouldn't be inedible. How could anyone give this place a decent rating? I will never go back there.

Some of the best pho in the Endicott area. Oh Christmas specials at an affordable price point, and food is always out in a timely manner. 5/5

DO NOT EAT HERE! THE WAITRESS BROUGHT OUT OUR SPRING ROLLS AND PLATES FOR THE TABLE AND BUGS (at least 10-12) CAME SCURRYING OUT FROM BETWEEN THE PLATES AND CRAWLING ALL OVER THE TABLE AND ONTO US!!!!! THEY APPEARED TO BE BEETLE/MINI-COCKROACH LOOKING BUGS!!!! WE RAN OUT OF THERE AS FAST AS WE COULD!!!! HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GET IN THERE ASAP! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EAT HERE!!!!

Good food and service. Both my wife and I needed doggie bags. Was nearly empty last night (Monday) with only one other couple there.

Extremely disappointed with Thai Basil!!! Our company ordered from them quite often, once a week in some occasion, and always spent more than $55. This time they were being despicable and unethical. We ordered through GrubHub for a Pick Up. Order was to be picked up at 11:45am yet still had to wait for few more minutes and they delivered us a bag directly from the kitchen. When we opened the bag in our office, we were short a Pad Thai meal. We quickly called Thai Basil to inform them about the mistake. GUESS WHAT....this was the experience from HELL! We were treated like criminals, how dare we reported their mistake. Their response was to check their video tape to verify they shorted us a meal. But it would take a while to rewind the video tape and they would call back. We told them that it wasn't acceptable because it was a luncheon and one person didn't get their lunch. Shortly after, they said we could come and pick up our missing order. At least an hour later, we received a call from Thai Basil telling us that they re-winded the video tape and claimed they packed everything. We requested a copy of video and received it through text. The video was already in progress , bag was setup and we could see them putting containers in the bag, but one thing was missing on that video was our soup. Also, image was blurry, date was cutoff and no visible time. We sent the video text to our computer (bigger screen) hoping to see a DATE and TIME. To our astonishment, the date was still cutoff and the time was OVER an hour difference (it showed 12:41pm). They re-created the video but didn't realize that the time couldn't be manipulated.

The server who answered the phone took my order and then when I got it it was wrong so I called a second time a few days later ordered again took extra time to explain what I wanted with my order so it wasn't messed up she rudely informed me that she has other tables and said is that all sir I'm need to get going my tables are waiting.I thought this was really rude considering I am a customer as well and last time she took my order wrong or somebody else did so I was trying to make sure it was correctly entered this time the food is good but the service is terrible giving it to 2 Stars.

The food was good, just not for the price. I ordered the wonton pad thai and received 1 and a half wontons. I could've gone to Thai Time, paid $2 extra and received five wontons and a bigger portion to boot, easily. Live and learn.

One of the best Thai restaurants in here!

I really enjoyed the food. And the waitress was always hilarious.

Low key restaurant with a nice, large dining area. Not busy or noisy, good for talking. Good Pad Thai that is spicy hot at level 3. Fried cheesecake is delicious.

If you're looking to eat some Thai food, they are very good and reasonable priced. My spice level was 2 and I thought it was hot. I couldn't imagine a 5.
