We never expected to go to a saloon for breakfast.But we were in for a shock awesome menu, great food and excellent quality! The service was GREAT!!!!

The Topper is a decent dive bar in Endicott. I have visited the Topper a few times in the last couple months, typically to catch some local live music.Food here is good, and I do recommend the wings as they hit the spot. On live music nights be warned, this establishment can be quite packed depending on who is playing!

Food was decent. The crowd is as others described. Didn’t see any fighting but definitely saw the potential lol. We had great service. It was packed when we arrived at 7:30 but cleared out minutes later. Will probably go back again since it’s close by.

The Topper is the place you go to when you want great food , great service and a fun atmosphere !!! Every night there's something going on and food specials !! If you haven't checked this place out yet,,, I'll see ya on Saturday !!! which Saturday ?? Every Saturday !!
Great music and good food
Comfortable and food is decent for a bar. They also had a live band when I visited... perhaps that's on Friday only Gets crowded fast.
