I ordered cupcakes for a Barbie movie party on short notice, and got exactly what I wanted (raspberry filled chocolate with pink buttercream). Delicious and cute! Would definitely order there again for special occasions.

The service was horrible. The lady messed up my daughter's cake and refused to fixed it or give her a refund. The color and the style was wrong. She spent well over $200 and we expected so much more. I told her hopefully the cake taste better then it looks, boy was I wrong. The cake taste horrible. We ended up throwing it in the trash no one enjoyed it. What a waste of money. Not to mention it was more icing then cake. We will not be going there again!

Our family been ordering cake from them for a long time . I called to order a cake she responded and I have told to text to give her information. Then I texted and called many times the past 4 days . Never get response. New owner with poor service . So disappointed Will never support this business anymore .

I ordered two different pies, one apple and one lemon meringue, in the past two weeks. The pie crust, taste, and the amount of content were superb. I have not experienced such good pies in a long time. Just like the ones my dear mom and grandparent used to make. I look forward to further purchases.

If i could give 0 stars i would, I placed an order here September 14th to pick up for September 27th. I was on the phone with my husband describing exactly how i wanted the cake which was a 10inch layer heart cake, PINK with white WRITING and pink glitter. The woman on the phone proceeded to read my order back to me before my husband left, I go to pick up my cake September 27th and i received a pink cake with gold sprinkles and bubble letters.. I then call to communicate that it must have been a mistake of some sort of the women then goes on to gaslight me by saying that i ordered the gold when i’m 100% sure of what i asked for especially if i’m going to spend over $200 on a cake, i'm going to the extra mile to make sure it is exactly what i asked. I am completely disappointed this cake is not worth $200 let alone $100. You guys be the judge of it. Is this cake worth $200 ?

I called to ask if they had cinnamon rolls, no answer. So I drove over to see. Ordered 3 warm cinnamon rolls and recieved 3 room temp cinnamon rolls absolutely COVERED in a straight cream cheese icing that is room temp and gone hard. Once i bit into the roll, i discovered why it was covered up in icing. Seemed it was baked days before. Crumbly, and dry. Zero fluffiness at all. Tough like the dough was overworked and too much gluten formed. I can honestly say, ide prefer in the future to get the ones at the grocery store in a tube and bake them.

Can only give one star due to the fact that my girlfriend and I were told for 5 days in a row we were on the list to get a call back and never once did. Very frustrating.A simple no would work great. Had to resort to a last second option due to holding out hope if hearing back.
I was reading the reviews and I definitely had the same experience as others has had . I ordered a cake for my daughters 1st birthday party and the cake looked nothing like how I wanted it to be . It looked like a 5 year old decorated it . I asked the lady if she could fix it or touch it up but she was already upset because i had planned her party a week before but we had gotten covid . She basically said she didn't have time so I asked for a refund and she said that she already wasted money on the first cake that she supposedly made . ( I say that because I feel like she just kept the first cake that she made In the fridge for a week because it was dry and the frosting just tasted old; it was hard to even give it away) I can't control if I get sick. Also, they didn't even have a cover for the cake. It was very difficult getting it home. Anyways, I had to redecorate it for her party and it still looked pretty sloppy . I thinkni spent over 150 on this cake . It was just a complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to them they seem immature and rude and they dont take ownership for their screw ups .

They were very sweet but I just did not love the food. I also did not like the hours. They were very nice though, and I can't speak for their pre-ordered baked goods. I just stopped in to get some cookies one day and found they were dry and kind of crumby. I'm my opinion it was not something I would try again.

I stopped in your Windsor location on January 13 to order a cake for my niece's birthday party on February 11th. I was told I couldn't order a cake there, I had to order it at your other location. The lady behind the counter was super nice, she told me I could just call the other store and order the cake. I went out to my car and called your other store. I ordered a cake and 2 dozen cupcakes. The lady I spoke with on the phone told me to send her a picture of the cake and then we would discuss pricing. I hung up the phone and immediately sent a picture via text. I never received a response. 2 weeks went by with still no response, I called and spoke with someone just to make sure they received the picture of the cake. The lady I spoke with this time told me that they did in fact receive the picture, and that the owner would be in in a couple of minutes and she would have her call me right back to discuss pricing. The owner never called! I waited another week and called back multiple times and no one picked up the phone. I left a message, but again nobody returned my call! Thank you to Wise Market for being professional and returning calls, and making the cake you said you would make!

I have been going to this place for many years. These are the Christmas kolaches that I got this year. I have always been satisfied. However unfortunately this is the first year this has happened. Not only do they not look good they taste horrible.

My 4 year-old son and I came in on a whim to get a treat. There were many delicious creations (cookies, cupcakes, muffins, brownies) and it was all very reasonably priced. There were also a book of potential specialty cake sculptures that one could order. They take both cash and cards. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable too.
