Ordered a hot chocolate, and a sweet girl took my order. She seemed young, like a teenager. Older woman standing behind her put her gloved hands in her bra, presumably scooping her boob back into place. Disgusting I know right. She then decided to NOT CHANGE her gloves and make my drink. I asked the girl taking my order if she could please ask her to change her gloves because they weren’t clean anymore. The older employee said “you can make it I ain’t changin my gloves” that’s VILE!! I called the health department. She then wore those same gloves, took them off to take someone else’s order and PUT THEM BACK ON. As I walked out she kept blabbing about how she didn’t want to change her gloves. What a disgusting waste of an employee. Do better Dunkin. Nobody wants a drink made with hands that have been in someone’s bra. I’ll be expecting corporate to contact me and recieve a full refund.

When Dunkin builds their stores they need to have a drive thru lane for Coffee ONLY. I waited 25 min for a cup of coffee because the car in front of me w 6 people all were getting food and specialty drinks. They need to go inside. Not to mention this place is slow as molasses on a good day. I go there because it's right around the corner.

Store is coming together and had definitely improved from a little over a year ago! I was surprised and the crew is great and hard working. Like every place else some days are better than others but they are trying hard for sure and I'll continue to visit.

Food tasted good. Problem was the people behind the counter decided to ignore half of my order, and when i described exactly what it was i had ordered, they remade the other drink and handed it to me. Loaded hash looked like nobody cares how it goes together, so i ended up with dry hashbrowns on top of a solid bacon/queso ball with a smidge of queso on the lid. Disappointing, and aggravating
AMAZING SERVICE! I came in around 11:35am and the employee at the front i think his name was “Alom”, he made my meal very fast! Additionally, my friend came in before me around 11:25am and she ordered a mango refresher and the employee making it was very kind her name was “Asma”.

Iced Latte from the store in Endwell, was absolutely abysmal. I drink alot of coffee, iced and hot.. and I have never had a coffee, especially from a Dunkin', taste like someone put out a cigarette into my drink, I didn't order a garnish of crumbled tobacco. I'm absolutely appalled at this, and I would highly recommend staying far away from this store, take the extra drive somewhere else.

I wish I didn't have to do this, but this is the last time I will be going to this specific Dunkin'. Donuts. This is the fourth time that I have gone to this location and ordered my very normal shaken, espresso with oat milk and 3 stevias. I know the color I know the consistency and I know the taste and it has been very wrong. Every single time. There's not enough espresso in here, and I think he's using whole milk instead of oat milk. I'm very disappointed it, unfortunately, ill not be going back to this location. No more as obviously this is how the drinks are made even though they're not supposed to be made this way i've added a picture of how light this is

I came through this morning and ordered a 6 breakfast, my croissant was as hard as a rock , and they forgot the bacon so hard. Had to throw it away have always gotten good service and food but today was not one of them so disappointed and a waste of my money
