Food tasted good. Problem was the people behind the counter decided to ignore half of my order, and when i described exactly what it was i had ordered, they remade the other drink and handed it to me. Loaded hash looked like nobody cares how it goes together, so i ended up with dry hashbrowns on top of a solid bacon/queso ball with a smidge of queso on the lid. Disappointing, and aggravating

AMAZING SERVICE! I came in around 11:35am and the employee at the front i think his name was “Alom”, he made my meal very fast!
Additionally, my friend came in before me around 11:25am and she ordered a mango refresher and the employee making it was very kind her name was “Asma”.

Iced Latte from the store in Endwell, was absolutely abysmal. I drink alot of coffee, iced and hot.. and I have never had a coffee, especially from a Dunkin', taste like someone put out a cigarette into my drink, I didn't order a garnish of crumbled tobacco. I'm absolutely appalled at this, and I would highly recommend staying far away from this store, take the extra drive somewhere else.

I wish I didn't have to do this, but this is the last time I will be going to this specific Dunkin'. Donuts. This is the fourth time that I have gone to this location and ordered my very normal shaken, espresso with oat milk and 3 stevias. I know the color I know the consistency and I know the taste and it has been very wrong. Every single time. There's not enough espresso in here, and I think he's using whole milk instead of oat milk. I'm very disappointed it, unfortunately, ill not be going back to this location. No more as obviously this is how the drinks are made even though they're not supposed to be made this way i've added a picture of how light this is

I came through this morning and ordered a 6 breakfast, my croissant was as hard as a rock , and they forgot the bacon so hard. Had to throw it away have always gotten good service and food but today was not one of them so disappointed and a waste of my money

Went in Daily to get my Coffee. But lately it's terrible. No taste doesn't even taste like Coffee Terrible. This Dunkin in Endwell is The Worst..It Use to be Busy Now You can walk in No one Around.

Had a good experience with a nice employee there who introduced himself as bam and eventhough I couldnt remember my families order, ,he stood there patient with me and talked me through the menu until something sounded familair..haha..just wanted to say thanks for his assistance and sorry for holding up the line to those behind me ,,I'll be better next time
Stood in lobby for 5 mins listening to explicit songs without acknowledgment. Ended up ordering off of the machine. Thank you for doing the best you can with short staff. Hoping for a better experience.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in the country. They struggle to have mobile orders ready even with adequate time to do so. If you add a donut to your mobile order, you always have to ask them for it when picking up your coffee. The staff looks like a construction crew where one person does the work and the rest just occupy space making it look like they're doing anything but helping with orders. I've been patient and have given this location many chances, but they've lost my business.
