I was a manager at subway for 3 years. No idea who trained these employees. Old women huffs and puffs when you ask her to put things on your sandwich. Looks like she literally fist fought this sandwich I just bought. Can’t even pick it up to eat it. Ripped straight across in 4 different spots not including the halfway cut that isn’t even cut all the way through. Waste of a lunch break and $14. Save yourself the headache

This location should be closed. Who are the owners? Based on the reviews I’m not the only one that feels that way. The evening employees shouldn’t even be making food. They spend more time outside smoking cigarettes and spitting on the ground where people entering have to walk in on. What a total disrespect for not just this business but all the ones that are trying to run good businesses near it. I would not recommend going there.
Just went to subway at 745pm on Halloween and it was closed. On main st in endwell ny
Paid over $50.00 for this order. This is one of the chicken dippers we received. This is absolutely not ok. This business should be ashamed of themselves. Subway is just not the same. Especially this one. Now I see why they received so many 1 star reviews!!! Go out of business already!!!!!!!

I work next door to this Subway and come here a couple times a week and today is my last day. Asked for a sub with avocado and they didn’t add it, so I asked for some and they absolutely cover my sub with it, and proceed to not cut my sub in half. I’m a barber who needs to rush for lunch and doesn’t have time to restate what I ordered 5 times and then need to find a knife to cut my sub. Used to be a great spot but the new hires in this location are the reason I will not be returning. Would rather drive across town to another location. I don’t know what Justin makes there but he’s the only one holding that ship together and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Walked in with my gf and stepson snd wasn't greeted correctly. First thing that was said to Mr and was unclear and inaudible was "what you getting" which sounded like are you eating to which I replied yes. There was tension already as we walked in and this instantly escelated it made the girl who started taking my order pass me off to the guy who seemed very nervous and new if I had to guess and I feel like it was because how she was treating us and her clear distaste for us coming in. The newer guy who I don't blame at all recieved no help when he was clearly struggling to make our subs because the other rude girl kept jumping around him to help other customers and it was making it harder for him to check what went on the sub i was ordering. She also made a remark complaining about people coming in while they were trying to I assume do flips and restock. I would have to say my worst experience ever at a Subway. I domt usually do reviews for any place but this wasnt right at all. Subway was also my first job and I know what is and what isn't acceptable with treating customers and this was unacceptable by a long shot. I almost walked out I won't be returning. I feel bad for the new guy that has to work with someone like that. She also rang me out for the wrong sub didn't seem like she cared to much about her job or how she treated people she doesn't know. Hopefully she isn't the one training the new guy because he was polite and patient even though he seemed new
I mobile ordered and they Completely messed up our sandwich’s it’s like they didn’t even check what I ordered at all.. very dissatisfied won’t be returning here.. I mean seriously I thought like my enemy made this damn sandwich.

unfortunately am going out of my way for this one just wanna give people expectations could go into crazy detail but pretty much i bought food they forgot to make it even though the app said it was ready i went it took 15 mins for two subs that were maybe in the toaster for 1 min (def not long enough) he messed up one of the subs and pretty much it was a big deal for the person that ordered the sub so much that they decided to not eat for the night and they wouldn’t give me the right sub tonight so my last 12 dollars or so was for food that wasn’t ate :(
Worst wrap I’ve ever gotten. The ranch was like water and the worker man handled my wrap and then proceeded to cut it from one corner to the other. I could barely eat it and most of it ended up on my plate. Very disappointed for 10 dollars

This subway always seems to have fresh ingredients. Most of the employees are nice.
Subway always lets you smoke weed in the buisness or whatever. Subway is amazing come visit subway I promise you won't regret it.
