Farmstead catering was, without question, one of the highlights of our wedding. Most of our 120 guests were coming to the North Country for the first time; we wanted to showcase the Adirondacks at their finest, and local food was an essential element in that story. Farmstead Catering truly provides a wedding experience unlike any other. We were so impressed by Dillon's love for creating incredible food literally from the ground up. After booking with the team and picking our menu we had the incredible experience of traveling to the farm to see where all of the food is grown. Nearly every ingredient for the wedding is grown on site. We got to see the garlic, seedlings for herbs, greens, chickens, cows, vegetables and all other food growing....
