My favorite sushi place. The food is delicious. I always order that hibachi scallops and they give you plenty. I always have left overs. I love the red wine cab! It goes well with sushi. The blackened tuna with that sauce is amazing! I heard a lady ordering and asked, "whatever sauce that come with that tuna, I want that one" :) The coconut soup reminds me of when I ate at the Thai restaurants in Germany, delicious ? . This rates 5 stars. They also deliver, and they have eel sauce! Most restaurants around here don't even know what that is lol.
They forgot an item, instead of having the typical EASY way to refund the missing item they made it seem like an inconvenience and tried telling me the next time i “order” they will give me “two orders” when i said no i want a refund because i dont know when id be ordering again they got sassy and told me my only options were coming in for CASH or refunding the ENTIRE order and then rerunning the card which would then put TWO pending transactions of 110 freaking dollars on my card so i refused and went in for my refund, which again they made it seem like i INCONVENIENCED THEM when i am the one who had to DRIVE TO THEM AGAIN for a CASH REFUND BC THEY REFUSED TO USE THE CARD I PAID WITH.
Also, their food was typically good. Tonight it wasn't good at all, on top of that they increased their prices and their sushi is NOT WORTH IT

Parking: Parking is complimentary and conveniently located, just a short distance from Walmart and directly adjacent to Fort Drum. The parking is shared though with other stores adjacent to it.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is exceptionally welcoming and accommodating to children of all ages, offering amenities such as changing stations and chairs, as well as menu options tailored for kids. They also pay careful attention to allergies.
Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is wheelchair-friendly, featuring a single-level layout without any stairs. Despite the main entrance being narrow, it remains accessible to individuals using wheelchairs.
Would not recommend. The Ruyi on Arsenal street is much better. This location is too expensive for the tiny pieces of sushi and tiny rolls. You can spend over $100 and never get full, and definitely be disappointed. For anyone coming from Japan, Korea, California, or Vegas, you will regret coming here. It is not up to par with other places.
