Thier staffs attitudes towards customers. They charged us for everything then found out they ran out of ingredients to fill the order. Then they couldn't refund the item. It wa like pulling teeth to get them to figure out how to fix the problem. Piss poor management.

Don’t work here. Management is a problem and assistant manager is racist. They give out ice cream that is melted instead of remaking it. They don’t change their oil or wash their heads after touching raw meat. Treat employees horribly and as they are a joke. Assistant manager likes to target white women. Watch your food because they don’t have gloves on when touching it after touch raw food. They talk bad on customers. I will never eat at or work at another Dairy Queen because how managers treat their employees. They also take everything personal so be ready to deal with a very unprofessional work crew and management.

Very very disappointed. Waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the window and lillyana or however you spell her name, working the drive thru window today around 645, COMPLETELY RUDE- no customer service skills what's so ever- not someone you should put at the window, that's a type of person you keep on the grill, they shouldn't work with customers-... so not only was my food completely cold after waiting 15 minutes but the service was terrible, absolutely terrible. Very disappointed...

This place just lost my business, just went for lunch at around 12 and there was 6 of us everyone pretty much ordered the same thing tender meal with a drink, my sister in law only ordered fries and I only got a burger spent about $60. This store had our food sitting there for over 10 minutes, only to bring out three peoples food, one was correct and okay, the other had freaking nuggets instead of tenders and when we asked about it we were told there was nothing that could be done and “they broke up in the fryers” well I’m sorry I worked for McDonald’s it doesn’t work like that especially with tenders, my burger was completely wrong and cold by the time they brought it out to me, told me they could fix it for me which is fine so I then asked about my sister in laws fries to which I was told they were just coming up, we then waited ANOTHER 10 mins for our food. I should also note everyone’s tenders were normal except for my brother in laws. This is absolutely ridiculous it should not have taken almost 40 minutes when there was only one other person there while we were there and no the drive thru wasn’t busy either. Y’all need to get people who actually want to work and do their job. The right way🙄
