Waited 25 mins for my food and the fries were cold and burgers were soso. They r to slow. Hubby and I will not go back for a while. And my blizzard was melting so they let it sit there instead of bringing it to us like they r suppose too.

Often forgets sauces and additional candies I request for my blizzards. I dont ever write reviews but after their blizzard machine was down I asked for two buster bars instead, which cost less than the large blizzard I asked for and they said theyd only do one. Ive worked at DQ when I was in HS and you can turn off items in the door dash app when you run out of things or a machine is broken.

Absolutely furious with this location!!! Ordered my sons 18th bday cake many days ago with a special baby photo on it. Show up there to pick it up at designated time and no one has made the cake.. manager says it was the day before managers job and oh well nothing can be done.. I ask for a discount or a free cake as I'm extremely upset.. nope, best they can do is $3 off a $37 cake!!! What?! The worst customer service ever!!!!!

Drive through is awful. No lights and can barely see what’s on the menu . Mic is awful and barely hear the employees talk. Takes forever for food to be made. Highly suggest hire more employees and fix the issues at the drive through

I am absolutely furious with this place. We ordered a custom cake two days in advance, exactly how they told us to, and even confirmed the pickup time. When we showed up today at the agreed time, ready for the party, they casually told us they FORGOT to make the cake. Their only solution was to ask us to wait another 2–3 hours but the birthday party was already over by then. This was supposed to be the centerpiece of a celebration, and instead they completely ruined it. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and beyond disappointing. I will never trust them again.

Waited 10 minutes with no one ahead of me for them to finally come on the speaker to take my order(only because there was now a line forming). Then waited another 5 minutes at the window where i was greeted by the cashier who did not have a pleasant or happy attitude almost like he did not want to be there. The place seems messy just by looking through the window and staff seem to be more off in their own world.

Didn't get what I ordered then didn't answer the phone.
Also took 15 minutes at 1pm to get one meal and a drink.
The fries were cold and I didn't get a Buffalo chicken strip meal.

We got four blizzards took one hour and two min had only two people ahead of me .They were melted They said it was because short staff the drive through and online orderes. The odd part was some girl came in me and another women who had been waiting just as long thought she was customer mayme a employee friend or a worker I do not know but the lady that was complaining was confronted by her and it blew up . Then the women who ever she was left after. This was Saturday Aug 9 at 8 when I got there left at 9 they locked the doors when I left . Which I thought they open till 10 maybe the drive in is . They need to get management over there at night and see what is going on. Never saw such a mess.
