Drive thru experience is horrible, 10+ minute minimum wait time for even one vehicle to move. Front of house feels like it gets ignored/abandoned. Food and coffee are okay when you do get it.

The folks who work here are nice, but they never have Donuts. Very very rare they will have a few select ones. How are you Dunkin’ Donuts yet .. have no donuts? I’m talking out of them or so they say by 9am daily. Uhm okay ? Make more lol IDK . I used to go for donuts to the gate guards and a frozen coffee , but Frozen machine has been down for 3 weeks. Literally , should have the basic items that the entire slogan is made of.

The best way to express this. Dunkin is an incredible place, friendly staff, coffee is always hot and fresh, their doughnuts are fresh and delicious. I would recommend Dunkins to anyone, and the place is always clean.

No selection of donuts, so we went to Tim Hortons. We only got latte, but coffee tastes weird today. Usually latte is good.

when they actually brew their coffee correctly it tastes amazing, absolutely 10/10, however that only happens like 1 every 5 coffees. no matter the time of day . i’ve wasted so much money on awful coffees at this location. the donuts are really good, bagels & hasbrowns taste stale a lot of the time . honestly i’d drive the extra 10 mins to watertown instead …

There was a girl who served me in the drive through who was the rudest person I’ve ever met. My drink was made without cold foam and when I asked for the cold foam she took it back and I sat in the drive through for an additional 3 minutes waiting. I watched her play on and talk to her watch and then finally she went and put the cold foam on the drink. When she handed it out she had an awful attitude. I got a peak at her name tag then and saw her name was Zoey. I asked to speak to a manager, but she claimed that she was a manager. If this is the case, they need to find NEW management because this was NOT okay.

Got a dozen assorted donuts before noon, the selection was limited and what they had looked small and lack of icing, even so being before noon they should be fresh and nice and soft.. well I take them back home and had one, jelly donut, it wasn't as fresh as it should have been, and had a nickel size spat of filling, terrible, the glazed donut wasn't that great, they must water down the glaze to stretch it, wasn't as soft as should be.. the chocolate donut was the softest.. conclusion .. donuts are below standard. Half stale, little if any frosting or glaze, drinks are over priced, this will be my last time here, but I'm sure all dunkin donut locations are the same as they don't actually make the donuts, they get them from a central location, when dunkin made donuts in house they were very good, amazing variety not more

Coming here for 2 years and nothing changes. Poor attitudes and EXTREMELY slow. They need shift supervisors there and not just any one that leads by example and holds staff accountable.

How hard is it to listen and get a coffee right. I ordered a hot blueberry cobbler coffee with 7 butter pecan 6 cream and 6 sugar and got a regular hot coffee with 4 blueberry shots in it nothing else and now I'm pissed. It's not rocket science people it's not hard to listen.
