I was at this location today a little after 2. The chicken is dry and old! There is a law in ny. You should probably start following it! The chicken definitely exceeded its hold time should have been thrown away! I paid 44 bucks for garbage! Thanks again kfc!! It will now be quit a while before I return to your location!

needs attention. The food I received was old, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The chicken was rubbery, the sides were cold, and it felt like no care was put into the order at all.
On top of that, the workers were rude, unprofessional, and acted like customers were a bother instead of a priority. The service was rushed, and no one even tried to fix the issue when I mentioned it.
This location needs serious improvement—or it should be shut down until it’s cleaned up and staffed with people who actually care about customer service and food quality. I will not be returning until changes are made.

I ordered the 2 piece meal. I picked up 1 piece and there was a layer of oil underneath it. I picked up the other piece of chicken and there was a layer of oil under that piece too. I went though more napkins due to so much oil on my basket and on my hands. It was so greasy I couldn't eat it. It was terrible. Go someplace, ANYPLACE else for food.

I would say bad experience there when it comes to food and timing and if this is continuous then potentially it will be shut down. They need to check the reviews because if they never acknowledged this reviews then hopefully a restaurant inspector will investigate the problem. I don’t see any improvements so yeah it’s a no-go!

just went to kfc and the got the $7 fill up. everything about it tasted weird then i looked down and seen a huge bug in my box. my husband got chicken thighs and it was chewy and discolored.
