We love KFC but, this is absolutely the most horrible tasting chicken we have ever had. I asked others in the place if they felt the same. All said yes, worst ever. Better get their act together or will be out of business.

I've eaten at KFC many times but was the worst and last time. First thing...their app is practically unusable. I needed to login and the only option was to have them send me an email which never arrived. The food was horrible. $50+ for a 12 piece meal that said 4 each of legs, thighs, wings, and breasts. I got nothing close to this including a few tiny unrecognizable pieces. The coating was off most of the chicken, which helped it dry out. The potatoes and gravy were cold and seemed old, the fries were hard and dry. I could go on but needless to say, stay away from KFC if you want good food.

I’ve gone to this KFC for more years than I can remember and never had an issue until the past year or so. I’m not sure if they have new management, workers, or what is going on there, but the food has gone WAY downhill. The last two mashed potato bowls had chicken that was chewy (like not fully cooked chewy), then today I got a chicken sandwich that almost broke my damn tooth because it was literally so hard from sitting under the heat lamps that I had to use my back teeth to bite it all the way through. It tasted burnt and was completely inedible. Had to throw it out. I’m not one to leave reviews like ever, but they really need to do better. Staff were very friendly!
Bathroom was not the best, a few of the sodas weren't working. Staff was friendly. Not a fan of electronic kiosks. Disincentivizes employees.

The family meal deal was fresh and hot. The only issue was it took a bit of time for the chicken to come out of the frier, for my meal order to be completed. To be very honest the staff seem to be having more fun in the kitchen area, than interacting with their customers. Otherwise, there are no major issues.

I would like to start off by saying I had never been to this location before, until 6/25. I had family in town from AZ. My grandma didn’t want anyone to have to cook so she wanted to buy dinner from KFC since it was outside the main gate. She spent between $70-80. We were so surprised at how fast our order came out. I’m talking 3-5 minutes, if that. I had just finished filling up the drink my grandma wanted when it was already bagged up and in my grandma’s hands. I was HORRIFIED by the condition of the chocolate cake my grandma had gotten for the grandkids. After seeing the cake, I assumed that our large order was ready so quick because it was likely sitting under a heat lamp. Please, if you’re reading this do not come to this location!

We drove past and saw the special - a leg and a thigh and a side for 4.99. We asked for 2 legs instead but there’s no substitute allowed. The thigh is really SMALL. the chicken pieces don’t have much batter and they don’t taste like KFC somehow. The pieces are extremely small. The biscuit is very dry. Overall the meal is not tasty. I won’t return to this location again.
This place is the worst i don't know why they are not starting to fire people i got in and asked the lady in the front i think that's my order, can i pick it up and she goes that's what is for and rolled her eyes and starts laughing with her co-workers got home and everything what i ordered was wrong and they didn't even put any of the sauces i paid for now i understand why everyone says to not use this place
