Something weird about the chicken. It was chewy and rubbery. They dumped the sauce on so much, it got all over the inside of the bag they put it in, which got all over the bun. Must have forgot the hot sauce part too. Because it tasted like honey and no hot...

I’ve eaten here a handful of times and it’s always a hit or miss. I guess it’s our fault for always giving chance after chance. The chicken sandwich today was absolutely AWFUL!!! It was either overcooked or old. The fries were no doubt old, hard and obviously had been sitting out all day. Now let’s speak customer service, the guy who waited on me today rushed us at the speaker and even had our food dangling out of the window before we could pull off from the speaker. Who does that!? It’s rude and very much shows their lack of customer service. Needless to say I’m not the only customer they’ve done this to. However, this is definitely my last visit to this location.

Apparently Customer Service doesn’t exist, over there, after a drive thru order, the clerk kept asking “Is there anything else” repeatedly like pressing someone for time. Then when I make it to the window, and pay, the clerk says nothing handing the food to me and closes the door. With the most sour expression on her face. I understand customer service isn’t the most glamorous type of way of living but it doesn’t cost anything to show your fellow man the respect they deserve.
Went to go in to eat and the doors were locked at 8:45pm. There was a lady that ran to the door and she was very rude and told us to go to the drive thru to get our food. I get it but I don’t appreciate an employee being rude like that. When I worked in customer food service we would get yelled at for locking the doors even minutes before closing.
