This place is the worst i don't know why they are not starting to fire people i got in and asked the lady in the front i think that's my order, can i pick it up and she goes that's what is for and rolled her eyes and starts laughing with her co-workers got home and everything what i ordered was wrong and they didn't even put any of the sauces i paid for now i understand why everyone says to not use this place

Had the worse bowl ever. Hardly any mashed potatoes and 3 tiny chicken pieces with one mostly coating. Gravy was watery. No more of this place.

Paid $21 for 7 nuggets, got a bowl full of gravy with only 4 nuggets, ended up paying $35.72 in total for entire meal. The kids meal was fine other than they threw in the cold drink in the bag with hot food. 8 piece nuggets were rang up as tenders but I received nuggets which leads me to believe this establishment does this to get more money for less product. I went thru Drive Thru...ordered 2 piece.Did not realize I would not get a chicken breast. I don't go there often as I always seem to have an issue. Last time they forgot my coleslaw. There was very little chicken on the 2 piece dark meat. I guess I have to be very specific as to what I want. Do not think I will be going there soon.

Terrible. Tried location 3x because near my house. Every time it has been horrible. Wrong orders, food not available, very old food, refuse to refund due to this locations policy. Still confused on how a fried chicken restaurant was out of fried chicken breast. Don't even offer to make up for inconvenience. Drive into Watertown location if you can.
I asked for a drink with no ice and I got more ice than the drink. I order a famous bowl and I got half of the bowl with 4 chicken nuggets! Famous bowl is my favorite from KFC and so far the worse order I have received.

Showed up just before 5pm to get dinner for my family. The turn around for a $60 meal was incredibly quick. Should have been something to alarm me. I get home and all the food is like it was reheated. The biscuits were hard as a rock. The chicken tenders were just as hard. Like the entire meal was made hours ago and was reheated. What a waste of $60.

Tried to order over the phone the lady was rude and said I ether had to come into the store or order on line. I did that and when we got the food home the batter on the chicken was falling. I wanted to have a 12 pc with breast and thighs and you don't have that option on line. Will never buy food from there . Was a waist of $55.
