Always a problem with delivery. Can never get onto Fort Drum. They are more than happy to take your money then try and call you later to come get the food from them after the fact from the gate DESPITE paying for delivery.

I ordered pizza the night before it was raw still they gave me store credit n the next night I used it n it was burned tasted like carbord way to go pizza hut hire some high school drop to cook for you!!

I typically order for pick up and my experience has never been bad. Food is always ready when we arrive. It's hot and fresh. If you order wings you just gotta shake the container a little so the sauce will coat the chicken. I love that they started offering their personal pizzas again (a couple years ago they didn't have them). I order maybe once or twice a month, typically a personal pan or if the family wants it we get one of the box deals. Also if you have never tried their sandwiches, I am a huge fan of the ham and swiss the fries are pretty good too.

We ordered a large Veggie Lovers and asked to add pepperoni, but they forgot to add pepperoni and through it on top and so it was all burned. Knew they screwed up and asked if we wanted a new one, sorry but we were hungry so we said no and just through the pepperoni off. Biggest screw you was the extra $2 they charged us for that burnt pepperoni. Along with that was an order of garlic bread, two of the four pieces were also burnt for $7.77. We watched as no one waited on a military customer and so he walked out. Watched as the I assume manager, Shawna, was complaining walking through the dining room about how the last table left her no tip. I know why, the service was slow as death and the food was probably as bad as what we were served. Thanks for the 15 minute wait to get our check, so we could escape this nightmare. Btw your front of the house management of loud mouth screaming left everyone in the dining room knowing your daughter and your husband work there with you.
