Your employee Lisa is extremely rude. I was in there twice today both times very rude. The second time she was too busy stuffing her face to be bothered and was rude yet again. Next time I’ll make a corporate complaint if she’s not able to have somewhat a decent customer service attitude. Something tells me this is not the first time.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 It’s the best location in Watertown, Evan mills, and better than the location on the military base. They take great pride in quality control, the beard is the freshest I’ve ever experienced living here for a few years now. They even close their containers for meats and veggies to not dry out or lose freshness when business is slow. The way this location is ran by the staff makes me absolutely thrilled to come here. Customer service is superb compared to other locations near by. I enjoy this location the most.💯👍🏼👍🏼

I love Subway, but this location has a rude supervisor Sierra with no customer service experience. I asked her for a buffalo chicken. She told me there was no longer a buffalo chicken on the menu so I’ll ask her what other options they wear for chicken and she really just said it’s all up there. She didn’t even wanna take the time to go over with me about what they had a manager with experience would’ve taken the time to tell me the options for chicken on the menu. Terrible service will not come back.

Food wasn't terrible however walked in and there was a blonde who was complaining and saying stuff about someone, cussing and everything else, then I walked up to the counter and the gentleman with glasses on apologized and asked how he could help me, the blonde continued talking which is VERY unprofessional and rude to do in front of customers- the gentleman helping me was nice and professional however I dont know if I have interest in going back, I truly hope that blonde is not a manager there because that is NOT the way you represent your company or act in front of paying customers.

They greeted me with a big smile on their faces, and asked how I was doing, I was having such a bad day, they were just so kind and made my day a whole lot better! This place smells amazing when you first walk in. The overall store was very clean. As seen in the picture, the food was fresh and well stocked. The glass window over the food was sparkling clean, too! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were helped immediately and didn't have any issues with our order. We will be back!
