Manager is highly unprofessional. Don’t recommend, unless you want your money stolen. Missing out on 7 bottles drinks, refused a refund and also told me I could not come pick them up either.

I love Subway, but this location has a rude supervisor Sierra with no customer service experience. I asked her for a buffalo chicken. She told me there was no longer a buffalo chicken on the menu so I’ll ask her what other options they wear for chicken and she really just said it’s all up there. She didn’t even wanna take the time to go over with me about what they had a manager with experience would’ve taken the time to tell me the options for chicken on the menu. Terrible service will not come back.

Food wasn't terrible however walked in and there was a blonde who was complaining and saying stuff about someone, cussing and everything else, then I walked up to the counter and the gentleman with glasses on apologized and asked how he could help me, the blonde continued talking which is VERY unprofessional and rude to do in front of customers- the gentleman helping me was nice and professional however I dont know if I have interest in going back, I truly hope that blonde is not a manager there because that is NOT the way you represent your company or act in front of paying customers.

The servers Sierra and Xavier, were the sweetest people when I walked in. They greeted me with a big smile on their faces, and asked how I was doing, I was having such a bad day, they were just so kind and made my day a whole lot better! They did an amazing job making my sandwich, and just the sweetest people ever!

Food’s fine but the service was awful. Went on afternoon of 12/8 and the woman working the counter was extremely unpleasant. Not looking for smiles and giggles but at least don’t make it known you hate me for making you do your job.

This place smells amazing when you first walk in. The overall store was very clean. As seen in the picture, the food was fresh and well stocked. The glass window over the food was sparkling clean, too! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were helped immediately and didn't have any issues with our order. We will be back!

Picked up my food on Saturday night seen the blonde female had no hair net. Got home and what do you think happened was mid way early sub when a long dirty blonde stand was tangled on my bread. Please wear a hair net. It’s common sense.

I walked in and looked at the menu. I asked the girl working how she was doing and she glared and said “are you going to order anything?” With a snappy tone. I said yes I was just trying to be polite when asking how she was. She didn’t say anything else. 5 minutes later another woman comes up and she was so friendly. The original girl ended up finishing my order and she was rude up until it was time to check out. I work in food service, I get it we have bad days, but I don’t go out of my way to be rude to customers for no reason.My actual food was fine. However my husband got the subway club and he said it tasted super weird like something was off about the roast beef.
