I ordered a $9 Discovery lunchbox and asked chicken tacos and chalupas. But the person took the ordered on drive through probably didn’t hear it properly and my ordered was made wrong and instead of chicken tacos they gave me beef. This was the second time this has happened. First time when that happened I didn’t bother much but when this has happened again with me I was Kindda frustrated. I took that box to the manager days or two later and he offered me a new box. So kind of off. I told the manager about multiple mistakes that have had occurred with me and friends that I know of. He told me that there is some new hire and they are making some mistakes as learn. Which is understandable.

Very very slow, waited 50 min for food for 2 meals, drinks were melted. Semi dirty inside, no apologies for the wait.

Stopped here to grab a quick bite while I was in town for a Race at Evans Mills Raceway. I like Taco Bell every now and then. The people here are friendly, my order was made quickly and it was good. Thank You and I will see you again.

This Taco Bell is pretty awesome! My order has always been right. The food is fresh & hot. The staff is friendly, which is weird to say for a Taco Bell, but they are! I've never been met with an attitude from anyone here. 👏 This is rare! Also, the drive-thru is pretty quick. We all order a thousand tacos +++, and they get it done, timely. I'd recommend this Taco Bell.
i placed an online order not knowing it’d be made right away so i get there 40 min later and the nice woman at the window says itll be just a minute because they wanted to remake it because it got cold without me even asking. Every time i go to this location everyone is so sweet especially the women give them raises ‼️‼️‼️

I love overpaying for wrong food! Ordered 2 chicken soft tacos with chicken, add lettuce and tomatoes no sour cream or cheese . $5.98+ $0.70 Yet all I get is chicken soft tacos with cheese, amazing!
Ordered 2 crunchwraps and I basically ate salad with a tortilla. The first bite had very little meat and the rest was just lettuce and tomatoes. Nothing like what I imagined from the description

Learn to read simple directions. I swear to God. I am so sick of my food being wrong. Something as simple as no sour cream should not be that difficult. If I don't explicitly make a big deal about how important "no sour cream" is after also saying no sour cream please, I get freaking sour cream. It's even on the ticket. So please, take the extra second and make sure it's correct.

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The food was absolutely perfect in every way. I used the mobile app to order my meal and it came out very quickly. There was only one car in the drive through and it moved so fast. I think I had my food in under two minutes. If you have had a bad experience with Taco Bell in the past, I recommend you give this place a try. I also wanted to point out the employees were so kind and professional really elevating my experience.
