I have to say, I came through the drive-thru and I knew it was a stupid question to ask but I asked if they had hot chocolate š¤£ An obvious no, but the wonderful girl did say they have hot coffee ... as it's 10Ā° outsideāļø I said yes I asked for cream and sugar and may I say this is some of the BEST coffee I've had āļø Never would've guest that taco bell would make a great cup of coffee Thank you to the nice girls who made it literally perfect for me

I am so sick of everytime I go on my dinner break at work on ft drum and order from this place it takes either 15-20 min to actually get my food when I ordered ahead online. And even if I do get it in a timely fashion it is literally always messed up. Iām either missing something or itās not even what I ordered. And offering me expired coupons for a free taco doesnāt even come close to making anything right. I had worked food service for over 15yrs, this is just downright annoying to have to deal with. I get an occasional mess up, but every single time is unreal.

In the dining room I waited nearly 20 minutes to get three tacos. It seems like in the dining room after they have your money they make you wait. They neglect dinning room customers and cater to the drive thru. Each should be served in the sequence that the order was placed.

I ordered a $9 Discovery lunchbox and asked chicken tacos and chalupas. But the person took the ordered on drive through probably didnāt hear it properly and my ordered was made wrong and instead of chicken tacos they gave me beef. This was the second time this has happened. First time when that happened I didnāt bother much but when this has happened again with me I was Kindda frustrated. I took that box to the manager days or two later and he offered me a new box. So kind of off. I told the manager about multiple mistakes that have had occurred with me and friends that I know of. He told me that there is some new hire and they are making some mistakes as learn. Which is understandable.

Very very slow, waited 50 min for food for 2 meals, drinks were melted. Semi dirty inside, no apologies for the wait.

Stopped here to grab a quick bite while I was in town for a Race at Evans Mills Raceway. I like Taco Bell every now and then. The people here are friendly, my order was made quickly and it was good. Thank You and I will see you again.

This Taco Bell is pretty awesome! My order has always been right. The food is fresh & hot. The staff is friendly, which is weird to say for a Taco Bell, but they are! I've never been met with an attitude from anyone here. š This is rare! Also, the drive-thru is pretty quick. We all order a thousand tacos +++, and they get it done, timely. I'd recommend this Taco Bell.
