I’ve ordered from Wayback many times and never an issue until today. When I called to inform a manager of the piece of plastic I bit into and then pulled out of my burger I was met with a disbelieving tone and told “I don’t know how that would have happened, we don’t even use plastic.” by the shift leader. Seriously thee best burger I’ve had in forever. The cheesy burger with the big burger condiments AND those fried pickles 🤤
we had a couple of great burgers with fries and shakes today at Wayback. the service was good, place was clean, and the food was delicious. Matt especially did a nice job at the front counter. we will be back.
